Job Description and Duties:
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for supporting the Information Technology initiatives at Hayward Tyler Inc. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and will have practical experience supporting a Windows based network and fundamental networking, PC hardware and software, and computer/networking security knowledge. Ideal candidates will be friendly, courteous, and willing to work as part of a team. Provide training and documentation to end users. You will be primarily responsible for the company’s helpdesk ticketing system, assist with network and system administration, setup and deploy workstations, assist with server maintenance, and participate in on call rotation.
1. End User Support
a. Sets up, configures, and supports end user hardware and software
b. Troubleshoot and fix/repair desktop hardware/software issues at root cause

2. End User Training

Minimum qualifications:
• 1-3 years of experience in a support position; customer service or Help Desk type position or a combination thereof.
• Due to sensitive data handling for government contracts, U.S. Citizenship is required.
• An associate degree, or higher, in an IT related field or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems, required. Installation, repair, and troubleshooting.

This role is intended for our Essex Junction site Fab 9, a 200mm semiconductor manufacturing facility. This is a night shift position. As a Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for monitoring, sustaining, and improving the equipment and/or processes in the assigned area, while working in partnership with production team members and area engineers. Maintenance Technicians monitor equipment performance, schedule, perform preventative and corrective maintenance on assigned tool sets, and use mechanical, electronic and PC/software skills to troubleshoot and resolve equipment related issues. Concise communication of updates on the status of equipment and area to the Lead Tech and/or Engineer is a vital part of the job.

Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Degree (or equivalent)
- Experience: Electrical or mechanical, one of the following:

- 8 years of relevant experience (automotive repair, BOCES, HVAC, aviation, cable installation, computer routing, telecommunications, electrical work, etc)
- Travel Requirements: Minimal travel

- Basic reading and writing comprehension skills
- Basic computer navigation skills - (i.e. Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook)
- Able to work in a cleanroom environment wearing required clean room clothing per semiconductor protocol/requirements.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
As an Electrical Automation Engineer, you will play a critical role in delivering advanced industrial automation systems. Industrial global leader client seeks a managing director for a division in Rutland Vermont manufacturing critical supply materials for their North American customers. The Managing Director is responsible for the overall leadership, financial performance, and operational success of this advanced manufacturing site. This includes executing growth strategy, optimizing production processes, improving throughput, cost structure, and ensuring world-class quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full ownership of P&L performance
- Drive operational excellence across manufacturing processes
- Improve plant efficiency, yield, scrap reduction, and on-time delivery performance
- Lead and develop the management team and workforce
- Oversee financial steering of the business, including:
- Cash flow and working capital management
- Product costing and product line pricing (in partnership with Sales)
- Financial analysis and KPI reporting
- Ensure compliance with Safety, Health & Environmental regulations
- Maintain rigorous quality systems and industry standards
- Represent the company with customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration
- or 10+ years of senior manufacturing leadership experience
- Background in industrial manufacturing operations and distributor network
- Demonstrated experience managing full P&L
- Ability to interpret financial statements and drive profitability
- Proven success in KPI-driven, process-oriented manufacturing environments
- Proven strategic leader of skilled employees working in mid-size or larger company
