This role requires a Florida Bar license in good standing and at least five years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.
The ideal candidate is passionate about fighting for clients’ rights and achieving meaningful results inside and outside the courtroom.
Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution, including auto accidents, premises liability, and general negligence cases.
Oversee all aspects of litigation: pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and trials.
Develop case strategies to maximize outcomes for clients.
Conduct client meetings to gather facts, provide updates, and advise on legal options.
Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel.
Collaborate with investigators, medical providers, and expert witnesses to build strong cases.
Maintain accurate case files and meet all court deadlines.
Qualifications: Licensed and in good standing with The Florida Bar.
Minimum of 5 years of experience handling personal injury cases on the plaintiff side.
Proven litigation skills, including courtroom and trial experience.
Strong negotiation and advocacy abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to guide clients through stressful situations.
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
