TheLead Product Designer for our Activation product group will lead and scale design strategy across multiple interrelated product lines within our larger suite of industry-leading digital solutions. Job Purpose:

The Associate will support a Senior Analyst in the Healthcare sector, focused on Biotechnology, with an emphasis on companies where applied chemistry, process development, formulation, and manufacturability (CMC) are key drivers of value. The Associate will conduct primary research and fundamental analysis, build and maintain financial models, and help author differentiated research that translates scientific/technical insights into clear investment conclusions. Duties & Responsibilities:

Research, Diligence & Technical Analysis

• Perform deep diligence on biotech platforms and products where chemistry and process matter, including (as applicable): ADCs, oligonucleotides/siRNA, peptides, radiopharmaceuticals, LNP/delivery systems, biologics formulation, and chemistry-enabled tools.
• Evaluate CMC and scale-up risk across development stages (preclinical through commercial), including:
  • Synthetic route/process complexity, yield/throughput considerations, impurity profiles, stability and degradation pathways

Writing, Publication & Team Support

Relationship Management (As You Develop)

Requirements & Qualifications:

Compensation
The pay range for this position is $90,360 to $110,440 annually. Title and compensation will be determined based on experience and may align to either the Project Developer or Senior Project Developer level. This position is eligible for PowerFlex's comprehensive Health and Welfare plans including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, 401(k) retirement plan and paid time off. The total compensation for this position may include an annual performance bonus (or other incentive compensation, as applicable). PowerFlex's compensation packages carefully consider a candidate's qualifications, experiences, and education in relation to the position.

Working Conditions
Approximately 90% of the time is spent in the office environment,utilizingcomputers (frequent use of MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint,Publisherand Adobe etc.), telephones, and general office equipment.Possibly 10%of the time is spent traveling to conferences or meetings or field traveling to project sites.

The Integration Architect defines, designs, and governs enterprise integration architecture standards across AWS, Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and on-prem systems. This consultant creates scalable integration blueprints, reusable patterns, and secure connectivity frameworks that ensure interoperability, reliability, and domain-aligned data exchange.
