ESSENTIAL DUTIES & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performs a variety of engineering assignments in developing and implementing production/processing methods and controls to meet quality standards in the most cost-efficient manner.

Troubleshoot manufacturing issues resolving tooling and production process problems while optimizing efficiency and eliminating downtime.

Evaluates process flow and plant layout recommending and implementing improvements and/or modifications in sequence of operations and equipment utilization in order to improve thru-put, reduce labor/manufacturing costs and improve safety.

Develops costs for test production data; prepares technical analysis, recommends production methods and processes required to meet design objectives.

Reviews proposals of outside vendors regarding the purchase of new or modernized production/processing equipment and monitors equipment upgrades and improvements.

Continuously monitors operations to ensure compliance with approved methods and quality standards.

Coordinates and develops manufacturing schedules for projects.

Develops the PFMEA's control plans and schedules.

Performs line validation and trial run management.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

Strong technical and analytical ability.

Project management and organizational skills preferred.

Manufacturing experience in lean and cell manufacturing, process improvement, and equipment development, equipment buy offs, direct equipment installations, daily support, and debug.

Experience working with customers and sales preferred.

Ability to work with and communicate at all levels of manufacturing environment.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience

A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a manufacturing environment as a mechanical or manufacturing engineer role

The Sr. Process RSPC, Cheese & Powder Project Manager is responsible for managing and leading projects related to the RSPC's areas and the process manufacturing of our cheeses and powder products, from design to full implementation and support the plant production and quality operations. Working with Operations, Research and Development, the Project Manager will be responsible for optimizing the various production systems, which directly and indirectly support the manufacturing process by implementing new process or modifying actual process. Will be involved with existing and new processes in the company.

Travel will be required up to 50% of the time to plants based in NY, WI, CA, ID, NH, VT, AZ, TN & MI or to manufacturers/vendors site locations nationally and internationally.

Key responsibilities for this position include:

• Develop drawings, scopes of work, budgets and timelines as needed to prepare a project for submittal.
• Source vendors, negotiate and acquire quotes for project investments.
• Source, negotiate and acquire quotes for budgetary needs
• Manage projects.
• Track projects cost and maintain them within budget.
• Coordinate project review meetings to include setting them up, keeping meeting notes, and reporting out results to key stakeholders.
• Manage principles for the effective execution of projects.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure projects meet the needs of all key stakeholders to include but not be limited to Quality, Food Safety, Planning, Operations, and Maintenance.
• Attend Factory Acceptance Tests as required to validate equipment purchases.
• Lead and assist in the development of the annual capital budget.
• Travel and / or extended or off work hours may be required based on project needs.

Supports daily activities in process developments, validation activities, and change management. In this role you will utilize your experience and expertise to solve problems, develop & execute objectives, & have the ability to meet company objectives within the time lines specifically related to your assigned projects.

Essential Responsibilities

• Maintain continuous system operation by adjusting, repairing, replacing, or modifying paint automation/robotic system components.

• Program and integrate ABB Robots and Cobot systems.

• Complete and support Automation Product Builds.

• Support Product Design for Automated work cell components and vision systems.

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical diagrams including complex automated system drawings.

• Collaborate with the automation team in the qualification process of automated systems.

• Develop and design hardware and software required for all automation solutions per specifications such as End of Arm tooling and fixtures.

QA Engineer

General Description: Responsible for testing Android applications to ensure quality, performance, and usability. Executes manual and automated tests, identifies defects, and works with developers to resolve issues across devices and OS versions.

Primary Responsibilities/Tasks:

• Conduct Google compliance testing to ensure adherence to Google Play policies, Android compatibility requirements, and certification standards.
• Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools; verify fixes and ensure proper resolution.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and test scenarios.
• Support lab testing environments, including device setup, configuration, and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and lab conformance requirements.
• Provide customer-facing lab support, including issue replication, troubleshooting, and validation.

Work Experience Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in Android mobile application testing.
• Strong understanding of Android OS architecture, device fragmentation, and app lifecycle.

Compensation

We have an opportunity at our corporate offices in Chicago for a Sr. Data Engineer (Hybrid) on our Information Technology team. This is a hybrid position reporting into our Chicago, IL office, requiring 3 days a week in the office.

As a Sr. Data Engineer, you will play a key role in implementing
and maintaining AMA's enterprise data platform to support analytics,
interoperability, and responsible AI adoption. This role partners closely with
platform engineering, data governance, data science, IT security, and business
stakeholders to deliver highquality, reliable, and secure data products. This
role contributes to AMA's modern lakehouse architecture, optimizing data
operations, and embedding governance and quality standards into engineering
workflows. This role serves as a
senior technical contributor within the team-providing mentorship to junior
engineers and implementing engineering best practices within the data platform function,
in alignment with architectural direction set by leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Data Engineering & AI Enablement

• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and
  ETL/ELT workflows supporting analytics, operational reporting, and AI/ML use
  cases.
• Implement best practice patterns for ingestion,
  transformation, modeling, and orchestration within a modern lakehouse
  environment (e.g., Databricks, Delta Lake, Azure Data Lake).
• Develop highperformance
  data models and curated datasets with strong attention to quality, usability,
  and interoperability; create reusable engineering components and automation.
• Collaborate with the Architecture Team, the Data
  Platform Lead, and federated IT teams to optimize storage, compute, and
  architectural patterns for performance and costefficiency.
• Build model-ready data sets and feature
  pipelines to support AI/ ML use cases; serve as a technical coordination point
  supporting business units' AI-related infrastructure needs.
• Collaborate with data scientists and AI Working
  Group to operationalize models responsibly and maintain ongoing monitoring
  signals.

Governance, Quality & Compliance

• Embed data governance, metadata standards,
  lineage tracking, and quality controls directly into engineering workflows;
  ensure technical implementation and alignment within engineering workflows.
• Work with the Data Governance Lead and business
  stakeholders to operationalize stewardship, classification, validation,
  retention, and access standards.
• Implement privacybydesign and securitybydesign
  principles, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory
  obligations.
• Maintain documentation for pipelines, datasets,
  and transformations to support transparency and audit requirements.

Platform Reliability, Observability & Optimization

• Monitor and troubleshoot pipeline failures,
  performance bottlenecks, data anomalies, and platformlevel issues.
• Implement observability tooling, alerts,
  logging, and dashboards to ensure endtoend reliability.
• Support cost governance by optimizing compute
  resources, refining job schedules, and advising on efficient architecture.
• Collaborate with the Data Platform Lead on
  scaling, configuration management, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management.
• Collaborate with business units to understand
  data needs, translate them into engineering requirements, and deliver
  fit-for-purpose data solutions; share and apply best practices and emerging
  technologies within assigned initiatives.
• Work with IT Security and Legal/ Compliance to
  ensure platform and datasets meet risk and regulatory standards.
  

Staff Management

• Lead, mentor, and provide management oversight
  for staff.
• Responsible for setting objectives, evaluating
  employee performance, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Responsible for developing staff knowledge and
  skills to support career development.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field preferred or equivalent work experience and HS diploma/equivalent education required.
2. 5+ years of experience in data engineering within cloud environments
3. Experience in people management preferred.
4. Demonstrated hands-on experience with modern data platforms (Databricks preferred).
5. Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data
   transformation frameworks.
6. Experience designing and operationalizing
   ETL/ELT pipelines, orchestration workflows (Airflow, Databricks Workflows), and
   CI/CD processes.
7. Solid understanding of data modeling,
   structured/unstructured data patterns, and schema design.
8. Experience implementing governance and quality
   controls: metadata, lineage, validation, stewardship workflows.
9. Working knowledge of cloud architecture, IAM,
   networking, and security best practices.
10. Demonstrated ability to collaborate across
    technical and business teams.
11. Exposure to AI/ML engineering concepts, feature
    stores, model monitoring, or MLOps patterns.
12. Experience with infrastructureascode
    (Terraform, CloudFormation) or DevOps tooling.

This role is an exempt position, and the salary range for this position is $115,523.42-$150,972.44. This is the lowest to highest salary we believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Position Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer with strong experience designing mechanical solutions for electrical and electromechanical systems. This role focuses on sheet metal design, electrical component placement, enclosure design, and wire harness routing, with an emphasis on delivering robust, manufacturable designs that integrate seamlessly with electrical system requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design efforts for electromechanical products including enclosures, chassis, brackets, and system-level packaging.
• Create detailed 3D models and engineering drawings using CREO or SolidWorks, including GD&T, BOMs, and tolerance stack-ups.
• Develop sheet metal designs that meet structural, thermal, manufacturability, and cost requirements.
• Plan and execute electrical component placement, mechanical packaging, and integration with PCBs, power supplies, connectors, and cable assemblies.
• Design and route wire harnesses and cable assemblies to ensure proper fit, bend radius, and strain relief.
• Partner closely with Electrical Engineers to ensure design compatibility, grounding, shielding, and component accessibility.
• Work with Manufacturing Engineering to optimize designs for fabrication processes such as sheet metal forming, machining, injection molding, and assembly.
• Collaborate with Application Engineering to incorporate customer requirements and field-use conditions.
• Perform thermal, structural, and airflow considerations in mechanical layouts.
• Support prototype builds, testing, validation, and design revisions.
• Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, DFMEA, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain engineering documentation, revision control, and compliance with internal standards.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of mechanical design experience in an electromechanical or electronics-packaging environment.
• Proficiency in CREO or SolidWorks (assembly modeling, surfacing, sheet metal, drawings).
• Experience with sheet metal enclosure design, component packaging, and mechanical layout for electrical systems.
• Experience with wire harness layout/design and cable management.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, DFM/DFA, and design best practices.
• Experience with thermal management, airflow design, or electronics cooling.
• Familiarity with regulatory and safety standards (UL, IEC, CE, etc.).
• Knowledge of vibration and shock testing for critical infrastructure products.
