Working outside of a normal 9-5.

- Familiarity with prior-authorization and prescription workflows

Core Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive and problem-focused dermatologic examinations
- Formulate differential diagnoses and develop evidence-based treatment plans
- Perform office-based procedures: cryotherapy, shave/punch biopsies, injections, excisions, wound care, and suturing
- Assist the dermatologist in surgical cases and complex procedures
- Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and pathology reports; communicate results promptly to patients
- Prescribe medications and manage refills, including biologics and topical therapies
- Provide pre- and post-operative counseling and written instructions
- Document encounters accurately and timely in the EHR, ensuring coding/billing precision
- Coordinate referrals and communicate findings with primary care physicians or other specialists as appropriate
- Participate in inventory management of clinical supplies and medications
- Contribute to quality-assurance projects and staff meetings
- Foster a welcoming, compassionate environment that supports patient satisfaction and continuity of care
