Position Description

The Development Analyst supports the evaluation and execution of real estate development projects by providing financial analysis, project coordination, and due diligence support. Working directly with the Director of Development, this role assists in analyzing potential development opportunities, maintaining development financial models, coordinating project documentation, and supporting active projects as they progress through the development process.

The Development Analyst also works closely with internal teams including Capital Markets, Accounting, Preconstruction, Construction Operations, and Asset Management to help maintain alignment across project budgets, financial assumptions, and schedules. This role provides exposure to the full development lifecycle and is well suited for someone interested in building a long-term career in real estate development and investment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain development financial models used to evaluate potential real estate development opportunities.
• Perform financial sensitivity analysis to evaluate the impact of key development assumptions such as rents, construction costs, financing terms, and development timelines.
• Support evaluation of potential development sites through market research, zoning review, and preliminary feasibility analysis.
• Coordinate and organize due diligence materials including title reports, surveys, environmental reports, geotechnical reports, and consultant deliverables.
• Track due diligence timelines and ensure required reports and documentation are collected and properly organized.
• Update financial models as project budgets, schedules, and development assumptions evolve.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Capital Markets, Accounting, Preconstruction, Construction Operations, and Asset Management to maintain consistent financial assumptions and project information.
• Maintain organized project documentation and ensure development materials are properly stored within project file systems.
• Track development milestones, schedules, and key deliverables to support project progression through the development process.
• Lead preparation and submission of lender draw packages during the construction phase and track draw approvals and lender follow-up items.

What You Will Do:

• Utilizing strong mechanical hardware design experience and knowledge with ruggedized structures, interconnects, cooling, and electronics integration

• Supporting all phases of programs from capture and concept development through production

The Materials and Process Engineering (M&PE) Department, which functions within the Hardware Engineering Discipline team, is seeking a Section Leader to lead one of our two Signature Management & Technology sections.  As a Section Lead, the ideal candidate will be accountable for leveraging all the Hardware Engineering and Materials and Process Engineering disciplines for technical execution of all engineering required for the development and manufacturing of missile hardware.

What You Will Do

• Perform direct line management activities and provides leadership for approximately 15-20 engineers within this technical group.

• Provide technical oversight of CRADs, IRADs, projects and program support, as well as technical development of people, training, performance management, Radar Cross Section (RCS) measurement range management, and resource allocation.

The Test Equipment Engineering (TEE) Directorate is a multi-discipline organization responsible for developing test solutions for all Raytheon products. Our engineers are responsible for all elements of the development lifecycle for test.

We are hands-on, designing with the latest technology and tools, and integrate state of the art test solutions with the most advanced engineering systems in the world.  Typical work involves designing interface assemblies, selection and integration with test instruments and environments, to develop a test system for all Raytheon products.  These core activities may be performed for both lab engineering and factory production test systems.  The candidate will contribute to the completion of all stages of test product development and will be responsible for helping to maintain the technical, cost and schedule aspects of their assigned projects. They will be expected to act, either as a part of their team or independently, to uncover and resolve issues associated with the development and implementation of test products.

What You Will Do:

• Design, development, and integrate Raytheon test products within Test Equipment Engineering in multidiscipline engineering teams
• Develop both engineering and production test systems, test interface adapters, cabling, technical drawing creation, schematic creation, circuit design and analysis
• Contribute to the completion of all stages of test product development, and responsible for performing technical, cost and schedule management of assigned projects

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of five (5) years of prior relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and three (3) years of relevant experience
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

What You Will Do

• SE verification lead, working closely with the program IPTLs, Chief Engineer and external customer, to ensure successful system Functional Configuration Audit

• Lead, prepare and deliver technical briefs or presentations to the external customer in requirements and verification working groups

• SE technical lead overseeing verification and validation efforts, ensuring all requirements are being assessed during testing

• Become the knowledgeable and ‘go-to’ Systems Engineer for the program Functional Configuration Audit (FCA) effort.

• Help to onboard new team members, mentor, and guide them using core Systems Engineering skills.

• Assist the systems lead with cost account management, schedule and cost earned value analysis, program management reviews, and Estimate at Complete (EAC) reporting

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of eight (8) years of prior relevant experience

• Experience with at least one of the following: systems software, systems firmware, systems hardware, systems requirements, systems integration, and/or systems test.

• Experience in test planning or verification of system requirements or system qualification
