About the Role
- As a Senior Facilities Manager, you will oversee multiple industrial warehouse facilities and provide technical and operational leadership to ensure all facility services—including maintenance, life-safety, custodial, and engineering—are delivered efficiently, safely, and in alignment with C&W policies and client requirements. You will be responsible for managing budgets, contracts, vendor relationships, and operational excellence initiatives, while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple industrial facilities, ensuring custodial, life-safety, engineering, and general maintenance services are delivered effectively.
- Lead and support a team of Facilities Managers and/or Assistant Facilities Managers, providing coaching, feedback, and professional development.
- Manage service contracts, including RFPs, financial reviews, audits, and ensuring invoices match contract terms.
- Prepare, review, and deliver consolidated reporting for budgets, forecasts, contracts, and expenditures.
- Develop and manage annual operating budgets, quarterly forecasts, and five-year capital improvement plans.
- Drive operational excellence through process improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and best practice implementation.
- Monitor and analyze work order metrics to identify trends, improve performance, and ensure client satisfaction.

- Ensure compliance with local codes, safety standards, and contractual obligations across all facilities.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management, or Business Administration.
- 8–10 years of progressive facility management experience, including at least 3 years at a management level overseeing multiple facilities.
- Experience in industrial facility maintenance, construction, engineering, and building operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency with CMMS or work order management systems.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required. Travel between sites will be a requirement of the role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing critical system environments and large-scale industrial portfolios.
- Professional certification such as CFM (IFMA) or equivalent technical training.

What you'll do:
- Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives
- Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations
- Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions
- Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling
- Build your book
- Use your training to meet sales metrics and become eligible for commission
- Establish relationships to close new customers
- Negotiate prices with customers and carriers
- Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Area Sales Representative in the New Jersey and New York markets. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's cement and fly ash products to clients within the construction industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and expanding our market presence.
Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our cement and fly ash products, including their specifications, applications, and benefits. Communicate this knowledge effectively to customers.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a unified and cohesive approach.

- Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, sales calls, and progress towards targets. Provide regular reports to the sales manager.
- Travel: Willingness to travel to client sites, attend industry events, and represent the company in various forums. The sales representative will cover New Jersey and New York territories.

Role Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, entrepreneurial Director of Business Development to serve as a cornerstone of our growth. This is not a "maintenance" role; we need a builder who is equally comfortable architecting a multi-year growth strategy as they are cold-calling a high-value clinic or drafting their own slide decks. As we scale in 2026, you will be responsible for both individual "hunting" and the eventual creation of a high-performing sales and development department from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Department Architecture: Transition the business development function from a solo effort to a scalable department. You will design the workflows, select the CRM tools, and eventually recruit/train the sales team.
- Full-Cycle Sales & Closing: Take personal ownership of the entire sales funnel. You must have the "closer" instinct to identify leads, pitch medical directors, and finalize high-stakes contracts.
- "Player-Coach" Leadership: Be prepared to "roll up your sleeves" daily. One hour you may be presenting to the Board; the next, you may be personally managing a logistics issue for a new account.
- Strategic Market Entry: Identify and capture market share in high-growth 2026 sectors, such as personalized peptide therapies and innovative veterinary compounding.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Wear multiple hats by working directly with Pharmacy Operations and Quality/Regulatory teams to ensure that new business wins are operationally feasible and compliant.
Required Qualifications
- The "Startup" Mindset: Proven experience in a small-to-midsize company where you successfully built a department or function from scratch.
- Proven Closing Record: A minimum of 7+ years in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales with a documented history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- High Adaptability: Ability to thrive in an environment of ambiguity. You see a lack of process as an opportunity to build something better, rather than a hurdle.
- Scientific & Commercial Literacy: Ability to discuss complex compounding formulations with pharmacists and medical professionals while simultaneously negotiating financial terms with C-suite executives.
- Hands-on Technical Skills: Proficiency in managing your own pipeline via the Salesforce CRM or similar platforms and creating your own professional-grade pitch materials.
