This role manages renovation projects across high‑end hospitality and restaurant spaces.
You'll coordinate field teams, consultants, and subcontractors to deliver fast‑paced casino work with precision.
Client Details A relationship‑driven contractor with a strong foothold in Las Vegas hospitality construction.
The team is expanding due to sustained growth and a robust backlog of premium renovation projects.
Description Plan, organize, and manage hospitality renovation projects from start to finish.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure project goals are met.
Oversee budgeting and ensure costs remain within the allocated resources.
Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking progress and addressing delays promptly.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the construction process.
Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status.
Identify and mitigate potential risks or issues that may impact project success.
Lead project teams effectively, fostering collaboration and clear communication.
Profile A successful Project Manager
- Hospitality Renovations should have: Strong experience in construction project management, particularly within the hospitality sector.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety guidelines.
Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
Job Offer Base salary: $120k-$145k
