JOB SUMMARY
- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES Perform duties as an Intelligence Analyst (Scientific and Technical) Lead in design concerned with developments in basic scientific and technical (S&T) research and development including engineering and production techniques, technology, and weapons systems and their capabilities and characteristics.
S&T Intelligence Analysts may be involved in Research, Development, Test, Documentation, Storage, Reverse Engineering, Design, Human Intelligence, or All-Source Intelligence.

- EDUCATION, TECHNICAL, AND WORK EXPERIENCE The incumbent must have a BS and 14 years of specialized experience in gathering, analyzing, compiling, and developing products on various threats, intelligence, and technological developments derived from the research of databases, films, journals, images, HUMINT, SIGINT, and/or professional contacts.
Knowledge of intelligence processes, cycle, and organizations is required.
In addition, an Intelligence Analyst V must possess the following qualifications: Must possess engineering design and advanced computer skills using software products such as CAD and other graphic design programs.
Some positions may require maintenance of a technical information facility and central repository of hardcopy finished intelligence products and knowledge in availability of government transportation and payload capabilities.

JOB SUMMARY
- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES The Project Lead is responsible to manage complex projects focused on avionics systems and sub-system for both manned and unmanned aircraft.
JT4 seeks an experienced and highly motivated candidate that will apply comprehensive knowledge of project management and systems engineering to lead small to medium-sized projects, ensuring they meet rigorous customer requirements, budget, and schedule constraints.
This role is critical to advancing the capabilities of our nation's military aviation platforms.
The ideal candidate will: Perform equally well independently or as part of a multi-disciplined team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Be responsible for mission avionics systems integration and performance.
Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, integration, and testing of avionics systems, including RADAR, Electronic Warfare (EW), and tactical communication/datalink systems.
Oversee projects, from initial concept and requirements definition through to deployment.
Make priority determinations, manage resources effectively, and perform resource leveling to ensure project milestones are met.
Develop, review, and approve all project documentation, including system specifications, test plans, and technical data packages.
Manage and control project scope, ensuring all technical requirements for manned and unmanned avionics systems are fulfilled.
Establish, execute, and report on project budgets, with a strong understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques.
Provide regular project status updates to program managers and customer stakeholders through detailed reviews and reports.
Serve as the primary interface with government customers, including the Air Force, Space Force, and Navy, ensuring their requirements are met and fostering strong relationships.
May be required to recruit, hire, and mentor technical personnel to build a high-performing project team.
Facilitate technical interchange meetings, working groups, and design reviews.
First-look opportunities may be extended to qualified candidates with an active Top Secret security clearance.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Aerospace, Computer), or a related technical field.
Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in project or systems engineering related to military aircraft avionics.
Active Top Secret clearance highly desirable.
REQUIREMENTS
- EDUCATION, TECHNICAL, AND WORK EXPERIENCE Must have a bachelor's or higher degree, or any combination of formal education, training and experience equivalent to 10 years involvement in technically demanding program or project assignments.
In addition, a Project Lead III must possess the following qualifications: Demonstrated experience in resource organization, planning, budgeting, and configuration management.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to a variety of audiences.

The Opportunity
- Seeking Board Certified Neurology physicians.
- Ideally fellowship trained in Neurophysiology, Epilepsy, or Neuro-Muscular.
- Interested in or have experience with reading EEG’s.
- 8- and 9-hour tele rounding/EEG shifts.
- Provider can work tele rounding only if they don’t want to read EEG’s.
- 7 on/7 off model (14 shifts per month).
- Must have a CA license and be willing to apply for a Washington medical license.

Total annual on-target earnings of $300k - $350k +, consisting of:
- Georgia Gaveras, a triple board-certified psychiatrist in adult, child and adolescent psychiatry, and Robert Krayn, a patient who experienced firsthand the challenges of accessing care. Together, they set out to reimagine outpatient psychiatry by building a model that supports both patients and clinicians, while expanding access to mental healthcare.
Our clinical community includes 700+ psychiatrists and PMHNPs and 200+ therapists practicing across 32 languages.

This role is designed for psychiatrists who want:
Flexible scheduling, control over their schedule, session structure, and patient population
Minimal administrative burden in a fully remote, outpatient model
100% remote, outpatient psychiatry
~ Patient population across the lifespan: children & adolescents (treated by board-certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists only), adults, and geriatric patients
~ In-house referral network to therapists
~ Full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing
