Required Qualifications: Education & Licensing:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Registered Patent Attorney status with the USPTO (or equivalent foreign registration).
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in patent prosecution, preferably with a focus on computer software and hardware.
- Demonstrated success in managing a full cycle of patent prosecution including drafting, filing, and prosecution strategies.
Technical Background:
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Solid understanding of technological trends in software and hardware industries.
Business Development:
- Proven ability to manage or develop a portable book of business with a minimum annual portfolio value of $300K.
- Experience with both flat rate and billable hour engagements is preferred.
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centered care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The RN provides direct patient care within the scope of professional nursing practice and ensures compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards.
New graduate Registered Nurses are encouraged to apply. Structured orientation and clinical support provided.
Responsibilities:- Deliver direct patient care to adult and geriatric populations.
- Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry rhythms and respond to acute changes in condition.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments per physician orders.
- Communicate changes in patient status, diagnostic results, and clinical findings to physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
- Initiate emergency interventions in accordance with BLS/ACLS standards.
- Provide patient and family education and discharge planning.
- Supervise and collaborate with LPNs and nursing support staff.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical record (EMR) documentation.
- Adhere to patient safety, infection prevention, and quality standards.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Current and valid state RN License.
2. Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
3. Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current preferred.
4. Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred.
5. Ventilator Management experience preferred.
6. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

In this unique and life-changing career, couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in the home. Responsibilities include:
- Providing daily supervision and mentorship
