FTTH OSP Project Manager

We are hiring for a long-term fiber-to-the-home build in Louisville, KY/Southern Indiana and are seeking an experienced FTTH OSP Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of outside plant projects.
This role owns Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) and is responsible for schedule, budget, forecasting, risk management, and client communication. You will manage both internal and subcontracted crews and play a key role in driving execution, financial performance, and overall project health.

Job Summary
Provide professional Highly Protected Risk (HPR) loss control services to Tokio Marine America clients and Tokio Marine Management, Inc. Essential Job Functions
- Performs loss control surveys of prospects and clients on request for information underwriting and evaluation from a loss control viewpoint for desirability.
- Coordinates loss control service to select clients requiring defined service standards.

Qualifications

- Possesses a specialty in HPR loss control or comparable property insurance background.
- Good communication skills, both written and oral and capable of making presentations to a group.
- Good computer skills to include the use of Microsoft software, and other software.
- Valid driver's license free of any major violations.
- Physically capable of performing the job requirements - walking, carrying and climbing.

Job Title: Mechanical Designer (BIM / HVAC Focus)

We are currently seeking a Mechanical Designer with strong BIM coordination experience to join a growing, high-performing team working on complex commercial, industrial, and mission-critical projects.
This is more than just a modeling role — you’ll be directly impacting constructability, installation efficiency, and full-building coordination.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead design development and BIM coordination of HVAC and mechanical systems
- Model ductwork (supply, return, exhaust, outside air)
- Coordinate hydronic piping (chilled water, hot water, condenser water)
- Design refrigerant piping systems (VRF / split systems where applicable)
- Layout mechanical rooms (AHUs, RTUs, chillers, boilers, pumps, VAVs, heat exchangers, etc.)
- Manage coordination cycles and resolve clashes across structural, electrical, fire protection, and architectural trades
- Update models based on RFIs, submittals, and field conditions
- Participate in coordination meetings and provide technical input
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of construction or 3D modeling experience
- Strong Revit & AutoCAD 3D experience (Required)
- NavisWorks experience (Preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of spreadsheets
- Experience thinking through installation & sequencing
- U.S. Citizenship (Required for client projects)
