- must have the ability to obtain secret clearance.
Active clearance is preferred.
Active secret not required to start.
THE COMPANY
- Work with one of the Largest American Owned Aerospace & Defense Companies.
Responsibilities Include: -Performing shock and vibration qualification testing on system hardware.
-Maintaining detailed logs of test events.
-Writing formal technical reports for requirements verification at the completion of qualification tests clearly showing compliance to test objectives and requirements.
Required Experience: -Candidates must have at least 1 years of Technical Report Writing experience.
-Candidates must have at least 1 year of Mechanical Testing (such as shock and vibration) experience.
-Candidates must have at least 1 year of Electrical Testing (primarily troubleshooting) experience.
-Disciplined ability to follow test procedures and attention to detail are critical for this role Desired Skills & Experience: -Understanding how to utilize and prepare general test equipment including but not limited to digital multimeters, multi channel scopes, power supplies, Data Acquisition Units (DAQ) etc.
-Familiarity with environmental qualification testing at component level.
-Ability to understand analog signals, review real time measurement data and make real time decisions.
-Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and perform electrical troubleshooting.
-Ability to collect and catalog detailed test data and concisely present data to internal stake holders along with recommendations.
-Ability to communicate effectively and concisely with Sr.
Management and Leadership.
-Ability to adequately prepare and present data reviews to a mixed audience and field questions with support.
-Experience communicating and working with interdisciplinary teams.
Ideal candidate will be a self starter with a can do proactive attitude.
