As an Aerospace Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring product integrity, regulatory compliance, and continuous quality improvement within a high-stakes aerospace environment. This position involves cross-functional collaboration, technical problem-solving, and leadership in quality assurance practices. The individual shall be responsible for amending the site Repair Station Manual/Quality Manual to address industry, corporate, process improvement and regulatory requirements. Basic Hiring Criteria:

• Background in production or MRO environments is required.
• Familiarity with life-saving equipment such as aircraft emergency slides and rafts is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and tools (e.g., 8D, QRQC, FMEA, SPC).

Payment Accuracy Manager, Outpatient Facility

Overview

As a Payment Accuracy Policy Manager, you will serve as a critical bridge between healthcare payment expertise in our facility capability. You'll lead the research, evaluation, and implementation of new policies based on CMS guidelines, Medicaid requirements, industry standards, and emerging medical cost trends in the facility space of our offering. Working closely with client management, product, engineering, and content leadership teams, you'll translate complex payment policy concepts into actionable strategies that deliver measurable value. Responsibilities

• Serve as the SME for outpatient facility editing policy development, leading the research, scoping, and creation of new claims editing policies for the facility capability
• Source, interpret, and scope new payment integrity policies to expand Rialtic's claims editing content library from outpatient facility claims
• Prioritize policy updates based on savings potential, client impact, and strategic alignment with platform goals
• Leverage CMS, Medicaid, clinical guidelines, and industry trends to identify opportunities for new content development for facility claims
• Quantify and communicate policy value through data-driven analysis and clear financial impact assessments in the facility space
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure client needs inform platform development, building out our facility capability
• Collaborate with content leadership to maintain consistency, quality, and relevance across the policy library

Qualifications

Required

• 5-7 years of experience in payment integrity at a health plan, claims editing vendor, or similar healthcare organization with focus in outpatient facility claims editing and reimbursement methodologies
• Active coding certification (COC, CPC, CCS, or equivalent specialty certification) — required for this position
• Proven expertise in:

This position reports directly to our CEO and is based in-office in our Marietta, GA headquarters. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION. Occasional work from home is possible after a few months in the role, but you must be based locally in the Metro Atlanta, GA area or be willing to relocate.

As our VP - Heavy Civil Estimating, you will be responsible for leading the estimating department for heavy civil roadway/transportation projects, including GDOT, local Municipal, and related transportation infrastructure projects. This role ensures accurate cost estimates, competitive bids, and compliance with company standards and client requirements. You will train, develop, and manage a team of estimators, oversee bid strategies, and collaborate with project managers and executives to secure profitable work. You will deliver consistent, competitive, and accurate estimates through detailed bids and review all bid packages before being submitted. You are typically involved in multiple projects at a time. In addition to having responsibility for the technical success and execution of the bidding process, you are also responsible for managing relationships with heavy civil department leaders and the Leadership team.

In this Media Relations role, you'll help shine a spotlight on Georgia Techs research, innovation, and thought leadership. You'll be part of the team that connects with reporters, supports media opportunities, and helps guide Institute messaging during critical moments.

Lead strategic communications/PR efforts for College of Engineering, Sciences, Computing, Architecture, Business, Ivan Allen College, international campuses and other campus centers including message development, media visibility, media training and conceiving, planning, organizing and executing PR activities. These activities include, but not limited to, public meetings, grand openings, rollout events and other relationship building and brand promotion activities. Monitor media inquiries, remain on call 24/7, and serve as a member of the crisis communications team for the Institute, providing backup to the Institute spokesperson, Media Director and Institute Vice President as necessary. This position will interact on a consistent basis with: faculty, staff, students, external audiences including media. This position will typically advise and counsel: faculty, staff, students. This position will supervise: None.

Job Duty 1 - Prepare news releases, talking points, op eds, media pitches and other written materials.

Job Duty 2 - Administer public relations needs for assigned beats; compile daily news summary.

Job Duty 3 - Develop and execute PR plans for specific units or events.

Job Duty 4 - Provide content for Institute Web site; maintain experts guide.

Job Duty 5 - Secure video, photography and other multimedia to support news release or pitch; conceive, manage and promote signature programs that position Georgia Tech as a thought leader.

Job Duty 6 - Provide media training.

Job Duty 7 - Perform other duties as assigned

Educational Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

Required Experience
Five years of job related experience

• Experience pitching and developing visually driven story concepts while managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to shoot broadcast-quality video on DSLR and Blackmagic platforms and deliver timely edits using Premiere Pro. DaVinci Resolve experience a plus.
• Video storytelling and storyboarding aligned with institutional mission
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and editorial accuracy
• Advanced digital literacy, including online research, data entry, and content management
• Proficiency in both Mac and Windows operating systems
• Familiarity with media monitoring and journalist database tools such as Muck Rack
• Ability to analyze and report on basic performance metrics and digital engagement data

Salary Range: $63,303.00 - $90,000.00 Annually

Strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communications skills and attention to detail; computer knowledge: search for data, input/edit information, word processing; software knowledge: Macintosh/Windows, Excel, Photoshop, MS Word, PowerPoint, Mercury/Drupal content management systems, and Meltwater
