We are seeking a senior Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q) Automation SME to support the delivery of a state-of-the-art Cell & Gene Therapy manufacturing facility.

This is a high-visibility, onsite role where you will serve as the Owner’s Representative, ensuring highly automated GMP process systems are properly commissioned, integrated, and inspection-ready. If you thrive in complex, automation-heavy capital projects, this is the type of build that defines careers.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Act as the technical SME for commissioning automated process equipment
  • Represent the owner’s interests across all project phases
  • Lead execution of Commissioning Plans with emphasis on automation, integration, and data integrity
  • Author and review IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, URS, and validation documentation
  • Oversee startup and field execution for complex equipment platforms
  • Drive resolution of automation-related deviations and integration issues
  • Coordinate across automation, construction, validation, quality, and vendor teams
  • Apply risk-based qualification principles (ASTM E2500, FMEA)
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and 21 CFR Part 11
  • Support digital validation platforms (e.g., Kneat)

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Life Sciences
  • 5–10 years of CQV experience in automated biopharma manufacturing
  • Hands-on experience with process equipment and control systems
  • Strong understanding of GMP validation lifecycle

Strongly Preferred:

  • DeltaV, Rockwell, Siemens, or similar DCS/PLC platforms
  • Experience in greenfield or large capital projects
  • ASTM E2500 / GAMP 5 knowledge
  • Experience with digital validation tools (Kneat, Veeva)
  • Background in cell & gene therapy, fill/finish, or cleanroom environments

  • Provides recovery-oriented screenings and comprehensive bio-psycho-social assessments for assigned individual with reference to substance use challenges, when appropriate.
  • Provides individual and group therapy to address addictive behaviors that complicate primary mental/behavioral health issues, using Evidence Based practices and approaches.
  • systematic in multidisciplinary team meetings, individual supervision, group supervision to review progress on cases to ensure communication and comprehensive approach to treatment including collaborating with external teams to ensure coordination between systems; participates in supervision/meetings aimed to enhance skills related to providing effective care.
  • Views individuals from a strengths approach in preparation of treatment plans, with a focus on recovery.
  • Completes assessments, reports, and structured screening tools on a regular basis (I.e., PHQ-9, tobacco screen, CAGE-Aid, PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) scale, etc.) to ensure quality data and outcome reporting.

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field. or;
  • Full certification as an addiction's counselor or a co-occurring disorder professional by a statewide certification body which is a member of a National Certification Body or certified by another state government’s certification board. (Certification includes: CAADC (Child & Adolescent Anxiety Disorders Clinic), ADC, CAAC (Certified Associate Addictions Counselor), CCJP, CCDP, and CCDPD). Advanced degree preferred with experience working with individuals diagnosed with both mental/behavioral health and substance use diagnoses. (Agency works with each clinician to develop a training program to expand their expertise in evidence-based practices).
  • Active professional licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LSW, or equivalent)—or pre-licensed clinicians with supervision options, if applicable.
  • Experience in behavioral health /substance use field.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with strong reading and writing skills is required.

The Director of Consumer Insights at Finch Brands is responsible for supporting insights community clients with both account management and research expertise, with a focus on elevating and leading both the work product and the internal Finch team.

This role is client facing and serves as the primary point of contact for ongoing market research needs throughout the year for up to 3-4 different clients. Research will cover a range of quantitative and qualitative topics and methodologies, and this role must be able to understand, prescribe, plan, and analyze research that drives forward the strategies of Fortune 500 and start-up clients alike across a variety of industries. This individual is ultimately responsible for the quality of all deliverables and satisfaction of clients.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies (e.g., MaxDiff, Statistical Testing, etc.). They must be able to demonstrate experience with projects ranging from multi-phase research plans to qualitative explorations, to brand research, and feel comfortable playing the role of consultant and thought partner for clients who may not understand their research needs, or how to interpret and act on the findings.
