We are hiring an Operations Manager with strong commercial glazing experience to drive large-scale window replacement projects across coastal mid-rise and high-rise condominiums, hotels, and hospitals.
Projects range from $500K to $10M and include impact-rated punch windows, sliding glass doors, and storefront systems. We purchase direct from leading manufacturers (PGT, ES, CGI, Wausau) and turnkey every project — from shop drawings and field measurements to installation and service.
This is a hands-on leadership role with real authority to build structure, improve processes, and grow a business unit.

This role will report directly to the General Counsel and will play a key part in advising the business on food manufacturing regulatory compliance and operational legal matters.

Key Responsibilities
