This opportunity will grant the individual exposure to automated manufacturing, improvement of our handling of product specifications and/or helping us to better predict the impact of primary/secondary processes on our products.

QUALIFICATIONS
Professional Profile
- Experience: 8–10+ years of progressive project management experience in heavy civil construction (site work, mass grading, and utility infrastructure), including knowledge of construction costing, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, project accounting, and engineering principles & techniques.
- Licensure: Valid MA Construction Supervisor License (CSL) and OSHA 30 are required.
- Communication: Highly professional communication skills, including the ability to deal proactively with challenging situations directly and constructively, are critical to success in this role.

Oversees ISO 9001 / AS9100 certifications, audits, inspection processes, documentation, and traceability within a precision machining or aerospace manufacturing environment.

The Supply Chain Manager plays a critical role in end-to-end planning and execution for our client. This role supports and co-leads demand planning, S&OP orchestration, and rolling production scheduling while coordinating procurement, logistics, and quality release activities to maintain target inventory levels and on-time fulfillment. The Manager will design and maintain an integrated planning and tracking framework; develop allocation strategies during constraints; monitor supplier cost, yield, and recovery metrics; and produce KPI-driven insights that improve forecast accuracy, efficiency, OTIF performance, and supplier quality. The position regularly interfaces with Customer Service, Sales, Quality, Finance, R&D, external manufacturers, and suppliers to ensure transparency, responsiveness, and continuous improvement.

- Own/coordinate the quarterly S&OP process; plan and run cross-functional meetings with Sales, QA, Finance, and R&D.

The Therapist for the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is responsible for providing comprehensive psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals experiencing psychiatric and/or substance use disorders. This includes conducting individual, group, and family therapy sessions; participating actively in treatment planning, crisis intervention, and discharge or aftercare coordination. The Therapist collaborates closely with the interdisciplinary team-including physicians, nursing staff, and utilization review-to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. Independent Sales Representative & Distributor Management
- Receive and process orders through the Rep Group, Dealer direct, or EDI
- Train sales professionals to ensure that they have thorough product knowledge and can deliver effective product demonstrations

Dealer & Retail Channel Development
- Strengthen relationships with specialty archery and hunting dealers nationwide

Cross Functional Collaboration
- Work with the VP of Operations to determine priorities for the allocation of orders
- Work with Marketing to identify and schedule industry, consumer and dealer trade shows, coordinate staffing of trade shows and represent Excalibur at trade shows
- Partner with marketing to drive in-store merchandising excellence
- Work closely with marketing to align product launches, seasonal promotions and sales programs
- Collaborate with the operations team on new product development
- Provide market feedback to the operations team and leadership
- Partner with Operations and Supply Chain on forecasting, inventory planning and product shipment priorities
Other Responsibilities:
- Bow and Accessory Specialist: provide customer service and technical expertise
- Keep abreast of product restrictions, seasons and laws nationwide
- Enforce MAP at retail
- Maintain yearly pricing structures and programs in collaboration with senior management
- Support the sales team, export dealers and consumer calls
- Assist Customer Service department with customer calls in times of peak demand
- Follow department safety rules and operating procedures
- Responsible for supporting and adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Degree or college diploma Business, Marketing, Communications or related field is considered an asset
- Minimum 7 - 10 years of sales leadership experience (experience selling for a manufacturer preferred)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Power Point and Excel. Experience with RMA and ERP systems an asset
- Ability to travel within Canada and the United States (air and ground travel) is required for this role. Must have a valid passport.
- Knowledge of the outdoor sporting goods, hunting or archery industries is preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and solid knowledge of archery equipment (acquired through work experience or personal interest). Bow hunting passion is preferred.

Salary Range is $85,000 to $110,000 per year

Job purpose
Participate as a member of the medical service delivery team in the health management and treatment of individuals seeking medical services with Tapestry. Provide confidential medical services, counseling, and education to clients concerning reproductive health issues to enable them to make fully informed decisions and access the full range of medical services needed.
Duties and responsibilities
Perform routine initial/ annual comprehensive exams and other reproductive health related exams to all clients.
Provide for the assessment and management of sexually transmitted infections, and other reproductive health issues in accordance with Tapestry medical protocols.
Order laboratory and diagnostic tests as described in the protocol.
Perform lab tests and venipuncture as needed and within scope of practice.
Provide appropriate birth control methods and medication in accordance with Tapestry medical protocols.
Provide reproductive health counseling and distribute appropriate written information.
Make appropriate referrals to other health care providers for services beyond the scope of Tapestry.
Document all information in electronic medical record and on logs per protocol.
Assist in training and orientation of new staff, interns and/or volunteers.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Licensed to practice advance practice nursing as a Nurse Practitioner in Massachusetts.
Board Certified by American Nursing Association, or American College of Nurse Midwives, or American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
One-year clinical experience in women?s health preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills required.
Ability to work with a diverse clients and staff, and to work as part of a team.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
Computer skills, experience with an EMR preferred.

Physical requirements
