Position Summary:
The Senior Thermal Systems Engineer will lead the design, analysis, and development of thermal systems for battery modules. This includes performing CAE, maturing current designs, developing new concepts, and supporting technology advancement to ensure robust, efficient thermal performance.
Key Responsibilities
Thermal System & Product Design
- Lead the design and development of battery module thermal systems and associated components.
- Conduct CAE simulations using tools such as FlowEFD, Ansys, or Star‑CCM+.

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $33.32per hour - $57.31per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $32.81per hour - $56.43per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model. Responsibilities
CLINICAL EXCELLENCE FOCUS: Promotes the use of evidence based practice through the nursing process, protocols and procedures.
Assesses patient's status through interview, observation and physical assessment of actual problems and outcomes.
Develops an individualized plan of care using a collaborative approach with the patient/family and health care team.
Uses appropriate interventions identified in the plan of care to achieve expected patient outcomes.
Systematically evaluates and documents patient's progress toward expected outcomes/goals on an ongoing basis throughout the shift.
Modifies plan of care based on evaluation and as needed based on changes in patient condition.
Completes required documentation as appropriate, including patient chart and event reports.
