About the Role
We are seeking an Embedded Software Engineer II to join a high-performing engineering team focused on developing real-time embedded software for task autonomy and advanced machine control systems. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, integration, and validation of embedded software used in complex, safety-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement embedded software for real-time control systems from requirements through production deployment

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
- 4+ years of experience in embedded software development
- Strong proficiency in embedded C/C++
- Experience developing embedded systems on Linux and/or RTOS platforms
- Solid understanding of sensor integration and embedded hardware/software interaction
- Experience with software development tools such as Git, debuggers, and compilers
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

- The team does system integration and validation for autonomous trucks, IT administration for our test servers, executes testing, and develops automation and simulation for testing

Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on 3D Printing Technician to support daily production across SLS, SLA, LPBF, FDM, and DLS platforms. This role offers technical variety, daily problem-solving, and the opportunity to directly influence part quality, repeatability, and throughput in a dynamic, safety-focused engineering environment. You will work side-by-side with our engineering team to interpret build intent, execute precise machine turnovers, drive reliable post-processing, and continuously improve processes and workflow.
Position’s Contributions to Work Group:
- Prepare, start, and monitor additive manufacturing builds across multiple technologies. (e.g., SLS, LPBF, FDM, SLA, and DLS)

The compensation range for this position is $33.32per hour - $57.31per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. How will you make an impact?
We are seeking a highly skilled, technically proficient and detail-oriented Principal Mechanical Engineer with expertise in metal structures, frame design, pipes and fabrication to support the development of power and cooling infrastructure for data centers. This role is critical in designing robust mechanical systems that house and support electrical and thermal management equipment, ensuring structural integrity, manufacturability, and compliance with industry standards.
What will you do?
Experience designing and integrating hydronic systems including pumps, piping networks, valves, and heat exchangers for data center cooling applications.
Knowledge of fluid dynamics, pressure drop calculations, and pipe sizing for chilled water and glycol-based systems.
Understanding of installation constraints, maintenance access, and serviceability in large-scale mechanical infrastructure.
Design and develop mechanical frames, enclosures, and support structures for data center power and cooling products (UPS systems, battery racks, CRAC units, containment systems, LVS, MVS).
Perform advanced structural analysis using FEA tools to validate mechanical integrity under static, dynamic, seismic, and thermal loads.
Analyze load paths, stress concentrations, and fatigue life of structural components to ensure long-term reliability.
Design metal enclosures with considerations for airflow, thermal containment, EMI shielding, and environmental protection.
Evaluate and implement new materials, coatings, and fabrication technologies to enhance product performance and reliability.

The Systems Integration & Test II Engineer provides comprehensive systems engineering and integration test support by assessing program needs, planning and coordinating test activities, developing schedules, and executing test efforts from project initiation through system transition. The role involves addressing a wide range of technical challenges that require thorough information gathering, detailed analysis, and investigative problem‑solving to identify root causes and determine effective resolutions.
The following responsibilities are expected though not limited to for a Senior Systems Integration & Test II Engineer (EW)
Generate test plans/procedures for assessing Electronic Warfare (EW) system performance
Execute in-house and off-site test activities for system demonstrations and/or system sell-off.
Brief senior program management and engineering leadership.
Test EW hardware and software builds.
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline (preferably Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering or Physics) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience
