McLean is looking for a Dredge Project Manager to join our growing Dredge Division team in Chesapeake, VA.
Dredge Project Managers have profit/loss and overall responsibility for each project they are assigned to, and work in tandem with Project Superintendents, Engineers and the Construction/Operations/Division Manager(s) to ensure projects are successfully completed safely, on time and on budget. They collaborate with field supervisors on a daily basis and act as the Company's primary point of contact when communicating, negotiating or trouble-shooting contractual, commercial or technical issues with the Owner. DPMs also work closely with the Construction/Operations/Division Manager(s) to coordinate and develop the careers of field supervisors on their projects, as well as write and approve purchase orders and subcontracts, develop the budget, and regularly update cost and revenue projections for their projects. DPMs actively participate in means and methods, safety planning, project scheduling, and budgeting in the construction and pre-construction phases.
Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Understands the importance of maintaining horizontal and vertical control of underwater grades (dredge templates), pay verses non-pay quantities, the use of hydrographic surveys to monitor job progress and billings, and has the ability to read & review these surveys and bucket files to ensure efficiency of dredge operations.
Actively manages project personnel and the layout, function, and appearance of the project sites.
When not based in a field office, regularly visits jobsites of assigned projects to coordinate with field supervisors to optimize project operations and ensure projects are completed in conformance with contract requirements.
Possesses capability to read, review, and interpret procedures, drawings, manuals, and specifications.
Performs and is proficient in geometrical and mathematical calculations.
Displays high proficiency in basic computer systems and software including dredging software and hydrographic surveys.
Writes, reviews, and negotiates contracts for material purchases and subcontracting services with pricing and terms favorable to McLean.
Holds responsibility for project administration, cost and revenue forecasting, cost estimating, construction planning, means and methods evaluations, project scheduling, material procurement, subcontracting, change orders, quality control, and job site safety.
Interfaces bid cost data from estimating software into accounting/project management software to set up project budget prior to project work and ensures that project costs are properly accounted for during work.
Develops CPM project schedules with input from Estimators and the Project Superintendent.
Coordinates with minority and small businesses to ensure compliance with contract requirements concerning their participation in the project.
Identifies extra work situations, provides timely notice to the owner and seeks recovery of costs.
Identifies potential delays and implements strategies to mitigate them.
Provides document control for correspondence, submittals, RFI's, etc.
Coordinates with site supervision to ensure proper management of subcontractors and vendor material deliveries.
Provides oversight for progress entry, schedule updates, subcontractor payments, and owner invoices initiated by site supervision.
Assists in the preparation of final records for the project, including as-builts.
Possesses knowledge of relevant dredge equipment, materials, and means and methods.
Monitors safety, schedule and cost and makes necessary adjustments to operations in support of established goals, budgets, and contract requirements.
Education and/or Experience
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering Technology and 5 years of related experience. A combination of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Experience in dredging, heavy civil and marine construction, and cost estimating is highly valued.
Other Skills and Abilities
Must be at least 18 years old, have reliable transportation to work and able to pass a physical. Must be able to pass a Homeland Security background check to qualify for a Transportation Worker Identification Card (TWIC).

The Primary Care Physician (PCP) is a licensed/Board Certified/Board Eligible trained professional in internal or family medicine who plays a key role as part of the clinical operations team providing direct patient care and providing assessments primarily in the ambulatory health care center setting, or occasionally in acute care, nursing homes, skilled nursing facilities (SNF) and home settings depending on the nature of the assignment. The responsibilities include but are not limited to: geriatric assessment, medical history, physical exam, diagnosis and treatment, development of the plan of care, health education, specialty referrals, case management referrals, follow-up and clear documentation according to ChenMed standards for quality, service, productivity and teamwork. The PCP will be required to demonstrate the ability to function both independently and in collaboration with other health care professionals. The PCP will consult with the applicable managers and medical directors to ensure compliance with guidelines along with participating in risk and quality management programs, clinical meetings and other meetings as required.
The PCP will adhere to strict departmental goals/objectives, standards of performance, regulatory compliance, quality patient care compliance, and policies and procedures. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Functions independently as a primary care practitioner as part of a patient care team.
- Independently assesses acute and non-acute clinical problems.
- Performs and documents physical assessments and patient histories, analyzes trends in patient conditions, and develops, documents and implements a patient management plan in response to the data obtained. This also includes assisting in the development of the plan of care in addition to providing appropriate patient/ family/significant other counseling and education.

What you'll do:
- Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives
- Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations
- Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions
- Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling
- Build your book
- Use your training to meet sales metrics and become eligible for commission
- Establish relationships to close new customers
- Negotiate prices with customers and carriers
- Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery

We are a local company partnered with a national Closet and Home Storage Solution brand called
Inspired Closets, and we were hoping to gain your help in growing our business here in Hampton
Roads.
We are looking for closet designers who have a creative vision which enables them to design and
sell home storage and organization solutions. This person should be a self-motivated designer
sales consultant who enjoys selling in-home directly to consumers, but who also can make
presentations to Architects, Builders, and Interior Designers.
Our Designer Sales Consultants have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions, as well as
additional selling incentives. As a new member of the team, you would be driven to create results
and you will not settle for a fixed income. Training in our systems and methodology is included
and ongoing, and every single day on the job is new, different, and exciting.
Our closet and home organizational onboarding training is second-to-none, and our ultimate goal
is to enable you to waste no time in putting your particular talents to full use as one of our
consultants.
Once your training in our unique system is completed, you will be supplied with leads on an
ongoing basis. Our ultimate objective is to help you become successful.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Hampton Roads, VA. As a Designer Sales Consultant, you will engage directly with clients to create personalized storage and organizational solutions for their homes. Responsibilities include conducting in-home consultations, understanding customer needs, designing tailored solutions, and ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the process. You will guide customers in selecting customized designs, conduct showroom tours/appointments, manage sales-cycle tasks, and act as a liaison between the client and the installation team.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales Consulting and Question-based selling skills to recommend tailored designs and solutions to clients
- Exceptional Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to build trust and maintain positive client relationships
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with clients and team members
- Keen attention to detail and creative thinking
- Proficiency in design software/tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment
- Clean driving record
- Previous experience in sales, design, or home organization is highly desirable
- No degree necessary, just a desire to help others, win and be successful
- Three years of sales experience is a plus
- A strong willingness to learn and a strong interest in helping clients succeed

Compensation & Pay Structure (Please Read) We invest heavily in your success from Day 1.
- Phase 1 (First 90 Days): You will be hired as a trainee with a guaranteed base salary while you complete our second-to-none onboarding and learn our proprietary design systems.
- Phase 2 (Post-Training): Upon successful completion of the 90-day training period, you will transition to a 1099 Independent Subcontractor.
- Earning Potential: After the transition, this becomes a 100% Commission-Based role with uncapped earning potential. We provide ongoing leads and book appointments for you to ensure you can maximize your income immediately. Typical first-year earnings range from $50-90K, with top performers earning 100K+ annually.
