As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will be a trusted strategic partner to our customers and internal teams, leading account planning and execution efforts to drive revenue growth, market adoption, and the long-term success of the HOTWIRE™ Transseptal Access System.

What You Will Do
Account Strategy & Relationship Leadership
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive long-term revenue growth, retention, and market penetration.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 6+ years of progressively responsible experience in cardiac electrophysiology, pacing/defibrillation, structural heart, or related medical device industries.
- Proven success in strategic account management with a track record of revenue growth and market share expansion.
- In-depth knowledge of catheterization lab and operating room procedures and protocols.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, mentor team members, and recruit top talent.

The role

Your skills and experience
- Proven track record of success in a sales role, with a strong “hunter” profile. Experience in the Renewable Energy sector is essential, particularly in selling Control Systems, SaaS platforms, and renewable energy solutions.
- Proficiency in conducting environmental analyses (PEST, competitive landscape, customer segmentation, product trends) to inform sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage client expectations and close deals effectively.
- Strong ability to set and achieve clear objectives, working efficiently under pressure to deliver results.
- A degree in Engineering is preferred, though not mandatory.
- Fluency in Spanish is highly valued but not required.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Regional Sales Executive will deliver profitable, incremental revenue to their assigned geography, ensuring customer expectations are met or exceeded. The Regional Sales Executive will be responsible for new sales and existing accounts' retention. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain a successful sales funnel. Seek opportunities with prospect accounts related to our full suite of environmental solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- A proven track record of generating new business opportunities in the Environmental Field
- Strong technical expertise with an extensive understanding of environmental solutions and regulatory compliance

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- An equivalent combination of education and 5 years of relevant waste or industry experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging, effective learning experiences using adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Create multimedia content including e-learning modules, videos, infographics, job aids, and interactive training materials
- Produce customer-facing enablement materials and marketing content that aligns with brand standards
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to translate complex concepts into accessible learning content
- Develop performance support systems including user guides, facilitation guides, and job aids
- Map customer journeys and create data-driven storytelling content for analytical solutions
- Ensure all materials meet accessibility standards (Section 508 compliance)
- Evaluate learning effectiveness using established models and iterate based on feedback

Instructional Design Expertise

- Expert-level proficiency with Articulate 360 suite
- Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Proven experience with video production and editing tools
- Experience creating accessible content that meets Section 508 standards

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager - Data to join their team! This position is located Hybrid in Denver, Colorado.
Duties:
- Manage 2–3 concurrent technical projects focused on data platforms, ETL workflows, and AWS-based systems within a large enterprise environment
- Participate in project intake discussions alongside stakeholders and intake process owners to evaluate new requests and define project scope
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, data, and business units to drive project delivery from initiation through completion
- Track timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables using Jira, PowerPoint, and standard project management tools
- Lead project planning activities including requirements validation, dependency identification, and action item tracking
- Facilitate project meetings, capture action items, and hold stakeholders accountable for deliverables and timelines
- Identify risks, escalate issues, and proactively address project gaps to keep initiatives on track
- Provide leadership updates and prepare presentations for senior stakeholders as required for high-visibility projects
- Ensure requirements are clearly defined and complete before project execution begins
- Support initiatives related to enterprise integrations, including potential collaboration on projects depending on timing and project needs
- Adapt project management approach based on project needs, working across both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Experience managing technical projects in a large enterprise environment
- Background managing software or data-related initiatives involving ETL pipelines, data platforms, or cloud environments such as AWS
- Strong experience with Jira for project tracking and workflow management
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with staggered timelines and priorities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to independently identify gaps and drive solutions
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting updates to leadership stakeholders
- Experience managing projects within the SDLC, including strong involvement in requirements gathering and validation
- Ability to identify risks, manage dependencies, and escalate issues appropriately
- Experience working with data engineering teams or data platform initiatives
- Familiarity with ETL processes, data repositories, or enterprise data architecture
- Experience managing cross-functional projects across multiple departments

The approximate pay range for this position starting at $125,000 - $135,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
