We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Quality Control Manager to take full ownership of our Quality Management System across the Health & Beauty division. This role oversees quality from incoming raw materials through final assembly and pack-out, ensuring every display shipped meets customer specifications, aesthetic standards, and regulatory requirements. This leader will drive Golden Sample and Limit Sample alignment, lead CAPA initiatives, and build a strong culture of quality across production floors and global manufacturing partners.
Responsibilities:
- Own and lead the Quality Management System across extrusion, injection molding, thermoforming, fabrication, and assembly operations
- Ensure alignment to Golden Samples and Limit Samples across all production runs and suppliers

In this unique and life-changing career, couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in the home. Flex Houseparents play a vital role in creating a structured, family-like environment that fosters students’ academic, emotional, and social development so they can reach their full potential.

- Providing daily supervision and mentorship
- Managing household routines and student schedules
