Job Summary: CS Sunshine Holdings is looking for a Lean Engineer to implement and drive lean manufacturing initiatives across our U.S. manufacturing facilities. The role will emphasize shop-floor engagement, building operational capabilities, and sustaining continuous improvement across production and support teams. This role partners closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, EHS, and Supply Chain teams to identify waste, improve flow, stabilize processes, and embed a Lean culture within the organization.

Responsibilities include:

• Act as a hands-on Lean practitioner on the production floor, supporting daily operations and continuous improvement activities.
• Coach operators, supervisors, and engineers on Lean fundamentals, problem-solving methods, and standard work.

Qualifications:

• Practical experience applying Lean tools in a production or warehouse environment (not only theoretical knowledge).
• Strong understanding of Lean principles, including standard work, pull systems, flow, and waste elimination.

Position Summary

The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the overall success of midstream construction projects (e.g., compressor stations, processing plants, major pipeline segments) from contract award through closeout. The PM acts as the primary link between the client, SES executive management, and the field construction team, ensuring the project is executed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

Reporting Structure

Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Safety and Quality Leadership (Non-Negotiable Priority)

• Safety Culture: Establish and enforce a zero-incident safety culture across the project site, ensuring compliance with all OSHA, client, and company safety programs.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify project-specific safety risks (e.g., SIMOPS, high-pressure line work, critical lifts) and implement mitigation plans in collaboration with the Site Safety Manager.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the Quality Control (QC) program is fully implemented, adhering to project specifications, industry codes (API, ASME), and client requirements.

2. Planning, Scheduling, and Strategy

• Pre-Construction: Lead project planning, including defining scope, objectives, and resource requirements (personnel, equipment, materials). Actively support the Estimating Department during the bid, pre-award phase by reviewing and validating construction methodologies, schedules, and cost assumptions to ensure competitive and executable bids.
• Scheduling: Develop and maintain the Master Project Schedule (typically Level 3 or 4), linking all engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning milestones.
• Coordination: Manage the interface between engineering deliverables (IFC drawings, specifications), procurement timelines, and field execution sequencing to eliminate delays and ensure readiness (supporting the 30'/30' initiative).
• RFIs and Change Management: Serve as the final approver for all outbound Requests for Information (RFIs) and manage the official Change Order process, ensuring timely submission and client approval.

3. Financial and Contract Management

• Budget Ownership: Full ownership of the project budget (Cost at Completion - CAC). Manage project expenditures, forecast final costs, and analyze budget variances.
• Client Billing: Oversee monthly progress reports, accurate quantity verification, and timely submission of Applications for Payment (AFPs).
• Subcontractor Management: Select, negotiate contracts, and manage the performance of all project subcontractors and vendors.
• Cost Controls: Implement and manage robust project control systems (e.g., Procore, ERP integration) to track, forecast, and report project performance in real-time.

4. Communication and Stakeholder Relations

• Client Relations: Maintain professional and transparent communication with the client representative, acting as the single point of contact for all contractual matters.
• Reporting: Conduct regular internal and external progress meetings (weekly and monthly) with detailed reports covering safety metrics, schedule status, financial performance, and critical path issues.
• Escalation: Timely escalate critical contractual, financial, or engineering barriers to SES executive leadership for resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field required.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in managing large-scale, complex construction projects, with at least 5 years specifically in the midstream oil and gas sector.
• Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of construction contracting (EPC, Lump Sum, T&M), scheduling software (Primavera P6 or similar), and project management systems (Procore, e-Builder).

• Lead design and implementation efforts for network access control (NAC) and identity-based network security solutions.
• Mentor and guide engineers through technical reviews, design discussions, and problem resolution.
• Participate in on-call rotation to support scheduled change windows and incident response for enterprise networks.
• Display high level leadership skills, being able to drive the overall vision of the organization.
• Stay current with industry trends in networking, cloud connectivity, automation, and identity services, and apply relevant advancements where appropriate.

Role Summary

The Principal Engineer is a senior individual contributor role focused on technical depth, architectural consistency, and engineering excellence. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work across organizational boundaries, and experience influencing technical direction without direct authority. You will be expected to balance strategic thinking with hands-on involvement, particularly in complex or high-impact initiatives related to network security and identity.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Decision Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent alternative education, skills, and/or practical experience is preferred.
• 7+ years of work experience required in Network, Cloud Network, Network Security, and other areas directly relevant to Network/Cloud/Automation responsibilities and tasks; multiple certifications preferred.
• Demonstrated experience working in large, complex enterprise environments.

Technical Experience

Network, Cloud, and Automation

• 7+ years of experience with enterprise routing, switching, firewalls, and wireless networks, with HPE Aruba and Fortinet experience preferred.
• 5+ years of experience designing, building, and operating network infrastructure in cloud platforms, with Azure preferred.
• Strong understanding of hybrid networking models connecting on‑premise environments with public cloud platforms.
• Experience with network automation and scripting using languages such as Python, Ansible or PowerShell.
• Proven ability to design and support highly available and resilient network architectures.
• Experience driving technical improvements or standards across multiple teams.

Identity, NAC, and Cisco ISE

• Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and supporting Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Network Access Control (NAC) concepts and implementations for wired, wireless, and device administration use cases.
• Experience configuring authentication and authorization policies within Cisco ISE.
• Experience implementing and supporting TACACS+ for device administration and role-based access control.
• Ability to act as a technical subject matter expert for ISE and NAC, providing guidance to engineering teams and stakeholders.

Work Location and Arrangement - This role can be based out of the following locations:

• Midtown: This role will be based out of the CarMax Midtown Office (Richmond, VA) and associates will work onsite 5 days per week
• Plano: This role will be based out of the Dallas Tech Hub (Plano, TX) and associates will work onsite 2 days per week.
