Job Summary: CS Sunshine Holdings is looking for a Lean Engineer to implement and drive lean manufacturing initiatives across our U.S. manufacturing facilities. The role will emphasize shop-floor engagement, building operational capabilities, and sustaining continuous improvement across production and support teams. This role partners closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, EHS, and Supply Chain teams to identify waste, improve flow, stabilize processes, and embed a Lean culture within the organization.
Responsibilities include:
- Act as a hands-on Lean practitioner on the production floor, supporting daily operations and continuous improvement activities.
- Coach operators, supervisors, and engineers on Lean fundamentals, problem-solving methods, and standard work.
- Lead and facilitate Kaizen events, Gemba walks, and value stream mapping activities.

- Develop, implement, and sustain standard work, visual management, and 5S systems.

Qualifications:

- Coordination: Manage the interface between engineering deliverables (IFC drawings, specifications), procurement timelines, and field execution sequencing to eliminate delays and ensure readiness (supporting the 30'/30' initiative).

Position Overview:
This position is responsible for working with the Estimating Group to provide complete proposal packages for client turnover. The individual filling this role will be responsible for estimating projects the size and scope of up to $25M, depending on the complexity of the project and the amount of self-performance work.
Job Duties:
- Estimate projects the size and scope of up to $25MM, depending on the complexity of the project and the amount of self-performance work.
- Attend pre-bid meetings.
- Read and understand all bid documents. These are to include all drawings, scope of work, contract documents and project specific specifications.
- Draft pre-estimate checklist & opportunity matrix based on information from the bid documents and pre-bid meeting. Ability to quickly establish ROM pricing for further evaluation of opportunities.
- Set up bid review meetings.
- Review Request for Information (RFIs) to address questions throughout the bid process.
- Perform quantity take-offs and review junior estimator takeoffs and, if necessary, enter into estimating software.
- Assign labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to the task quantities.
- Support Junior Estimator in work with subcontractors and vendors for pricing. Expectation of three estimates per trade or material.
- Understand project requirements and assign indirect costs.
- Capacity to break projects down to a granular level to establish the work breakdown structure that can be directly transferred to the project reporting/coding structure.
- Generate cashflow table and project risk analysis reports and associated contingency evaluation.
- Generate all submittals called for in the RFQ.
- Compile all exceptions & clarifications.
- Generate project schedule and resource loading reports.
- Lead bid review meetings and provide information, as necessary.
- If awarded, compile all bid information, and disseminate it into appropriate project folder files. Lead project turnover meetings, work with operations throughout the pre-con phase.
- Apply pragmatic analysis of overall project execution process to ensure estimate reflects the efficient execution of the project.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in electrical construction estimating
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle & have a Driver’s license with a clean driving record.
OR
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management / engineering or other relevant discipline with 5 years' experience in Industrial Construction
- Scheduling experience with MSP or P6.
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite emphasis on Project Schedule and Xcel Tracking
Preferred Skills:
- Direct experience in Commercial and Industrial construction.
- Accubid Estimating Software Experience preferred.

About This Role

As a Principal Engineer within the Solutions Delivery and Engineering organization, you will provide senior technical leadership across enterprise networking, cloud networking, and automation, with a specific focus on Identity Services Engine (ISE) and Network Access Control (NAC).
This role combines hands-on technical expertise with architectural guidance and cross-team influence. You will partner with engineering teams, operational support teams, architects, and leadership to implement, support, and evolve secure network platforms that support both cloud and on-premise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide senior technical leadership for enterprise network and cloud networking platforms, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
- Partner with technology leadership to support large, cross‑organizational initiatives and address complex technical challenges.
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and product teams to design and deliver network and identity solutions aligned with business needs.
- Influence technical standards, patterns, and best practices across teams, with an emphasis on security, automation, and operational efficiency.

Role Summary
The Principal Engineer is a senior individual contributor role focused on technical depth, architectural consistency, and engineering excellence. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work across organizational boundaries, and experience influencing technical direction without direct authority. You will be expected to balance strategic thinking with hands-on involvement, particularly in complex or high-impact initiatives related to network security and identity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Decision Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent alternative education, skills, and/or practical experience is preferred.
- 7+ years of work experience required in Network, Cloud Network, Network Security, and other areas directly relevant to Network/Cloud/Automation responsibilities and tasks; multiple certifications preferred.
- Demonstrated experience working in large, complex enterprise environments.
Technical Experience
Network, Cloud, and Automation
- 7+ years of experience with enterprise routing, switching, firewalls, and wireless networks, with HPE Aruba and Fortinet experience preferred.
- 5+ years of experience designing, building, and operating network infrastructure in cloud platforms, with Azure preferred.
- Strong understanding of hybrid networking models connecting on‑premise environments with public cloud platforms.
- Experience with network automation and scripting using languages such as Python, Ansible or PowerShell.
- Proven ability to design and support highly available and resilient network architectures.
- Experience driving technical improvements or standards across multiple teams.
Identity, NAC, and Cisco ISE
- Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and supporting Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) in enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of Network Access Control (NAC) concepts and implementations for wired, wireless, and device administration use cases.
- Experience configuring authentication and authorization policies within Cisco ISE.
- Experience implementing and supporting TACACS+ for device administration and role-based access control.
- Ability to act as a technical subject matter expert for ISE and NAC, providing guidance to engineering teams and stakeholders.
