Implement and maintain quality assurance programs and lead efforts with internal audits.
This position will report to the TSD Quality Assurance Section Manager and is an onsite position in Freedom, PA.
What You’ll Do:
- Participate in and/or lead supplier validation audits using product quality planning tools.
- Collaborate with suppliers to investigate quality problems, identify root causes of problems, develop correction action plans and implement improvements. Verify corrective actions are implemented and maintained.
- Serve as a quality assurance liaison to Japan. Learn and implement applicable Japanese techniques for quality assurance improvements.
- Participate in the development of new products or modifications of existing products to meet customer requirements.
- Participate in and/or lead internal audits. Work with all departments to help close audit findings in an effective and timely manner.
- Coordinate continued evaluation of procedures and documentation throughout TSD. Verify for completeness, accuracy and lack of redundancy.
- Facilitate in-house quality assurance and manufacturing improvement programs throughout TSD.
- Assure quality records are generated, retained, stored, protected and disposed of according to TSD and Company policies.

The Category Sourcing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing category strategies that drive value, efficiency, and risk mitigation across multiple business divisions. What You’ll Do
Strategic Sourcing & Category Leadership
- Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies aligned with corporate objectives while meeting divisional and operational needs.

- Identify, research, and evaluate suppliers in accordance with strategic sourcing principles.

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centered care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The RN provides direct patient care within the scope of professional nursing practice and ensures compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards.

Responsibilities:- Deliver direct patient care to adult and geriatric populations.
- Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry rhythms and respond to acute changes in condition.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments per physician orders.
- Communicate changes in patient status, diagnostic results, and clinical findings to physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
- Initiate emergency interventions in accordance with BLS/ACLS standards.
- Provide patient and family education and discharge planning.
- Supervise and collaborate with LPNs and nursing support staff.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical record (EMR) documentation.
- Adhere to patient safety, infection prevention, and quality standards.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Current and valid state RN License.
2. Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
3. Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current preferred.
4. Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred.
5. Ventilator Management experience preferred.
6. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

In this unique and life-changing career, couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in the home. Flex Houseparents play a vital role in creating a structured, family-like environment that fosters students’ academic, emotional, and social development so they can reach their full potential.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing daily supervision and mentorship
- Managing household routines and student schedules
