Analytics Engineer / Power BI Developer

RedStream Technology is searching for an Analytics Engineer / Power BI Developer to join our client’s team. The Analytics Engineer / Power BI Developer is responsible for translating Estimate Quality data into trusted, analytics-ready metrics and insights. This role sits at the intersection of data modeling, business metrics, and visualization, ensuring that Estimate Quality KPIs are clearly defined, consistently measured, and effectively communicated through Power BI dashboards for both operational teams and leadership.

This role partners closely with Product, Operations, and Data Platform teams to enable data-driven decision-making through high-quality analytics assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Estimate Quality Metrics & KPI Definition

• Define, document, and maintain Estimate Quality KPIs, including but not limited to: Estimate accuracy, Change request reduction, Cycle time, Process and compliance metrics
• Ensure KPI definitions are consistent, transparent, and aligned across teams.
• Act as a subject-matter expert on Estimate Quality metrics and their interpretation.

Analytics Engineering & Data Modeling

• Design and build analytics-ready datasets optimized for reporting and analysis.
• Develop and maintain semantic models that support scalable Power BI consumption.
• Apply best practices in analytical data modeling to ensure performance, accuracy, and reusability.

Power BI Reporting & Visualization

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for operational monitoring and executive reporting.
• Create clear, intuitive visualizations that surface trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Optimize Power BI models using DAX and performance tuning techniques.

Stakeholder Partnership & Enablement

• Partner with Product and Operations teams to translate business questions into actionable analytics.
• Support leadership reporting with reliable, timely, and well-governed insights.
• Ensure reporting assets are well-documented and easy to adopt across the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in analytics engineering, BI development, or a similar analytics role.
• Advanced SQL skills with strong analytical data modeling experience.
• Deep Power BI expertise, including DAX, semantic modeling, and dashboard design.
• Proven experience designing KPIs and translating business metrics into analytics solutions.
• Experience supporting both operational and executive-level reporting.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with non-technical stakeholders.

• Reads and interprets blueprints, work orders and specifications to define sequence of operations, type & size of cable fittings required, quantity and finished dimensions.
  
• Measures & cuts cable to required length, considering cable stretch metal flow resulting from swaging operations, using cable cutter or saw.
  
• Selects installs dies, jigs, shims, or other accessories in swaging machine, using hand tools.
  
• Assembles fittings onto cable in specified location.
  
• Positions fitting cable between dies of swaging machine and depresses pedal to activate machine that swages fittings onto cable, turning cable assembly by hand as fitting is swaged onto cable.
  
• Verifies dimensions of cable assembly position of fittings, using measuring instruments.
  
• Tests holding capacity of cable assembly, using proof loading machines.
  
• Repairs reworks cable assemblies as required.

Principal Azure Engineer, Platform & Delivery:

The Principal Azure Engineer, Platform & Delivery is a senior technical leader responsible for designing, building, and delivering enterprise-scale Microsoft Azure solutions. This role combines deep hands-on Azure engineering expertise with ownership of delivery outcomes, often serving as the technical lead for initiatives without dedicated project management. The ideal candidate can translate complex or ambiguous business needs into secure, scalable Azure solutions and ensure they are executed predictably and effectively.

Required Qualifications:

• Deep technical experience designing and operating high-availability, scalable infrastructure including networking, storage, virtualization, and identity.
• Developing and maintaining automated deployment modules using tools like Terraform or ARM templates.
• Optimizing delivery pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) to ensure repeatable, secure platform services.
• Proven experience implementing enterprise Azure networking architectures.
• Experience migrating and modernizing workloads from on-premises environments to Azure.
• Implementing governance frameworks, RBAC, and security baselines using Microsoft Defender for Cloud and Azure Policy.
• Demonstrated ability to lead engineers and influence stakeholders without formal authority.
• Experience defining and implementing monitoring and observability solutions.

• Working knowledge of IT service management concepts.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional IT experience, with at least 5 years in a senior, architect-level, or principal cloud engineering role.

Day to day:

The Job captain will be responsible for various projects that are in different phases of the production work flow and need to be completed by meeting project schedules, budget and quality standards. Will be managing the projects related to the permit sets, construction documents, master set construction documents, maintenance/creation and filling permit orders. Position Summary

ForgeNow is seeking a senior revenue leader to oversee and align the teams, systems, and strategies that drive student enrollment and top-line growth. This position will report directly to the CEO and President and will be responsible for building a high-performing, accountable revenue organization that integrates marketing, recruiting, business development, financial assistance, and community outreach into a single, coordinated function. 

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on. They can set direction, build process, lead managers, hold teams accountable to metrics, and improve conversion at every stage of the student pipeline. This role will be critical in helping ForgeNow scale enrollment, improve efficiency, and strengthen relationships with employers, military-affiliated communities, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Leadership

• Lead the overall revenue strategy for ForgeNow, with direct responsibility for enrollment growth and related revenue outcomes.
• Create alignment across marketing, recruiting, outreach, and business development so all teams are working toward shared goals.
• Build forecasting, reporting, and performance management systems for the full enrollment and revenue funnel.
• Develop and manage annual and quarterly enrollment targets, conversion goals, and revenue plans.

Recruiting Oversight

• Oversee inside and outside recruiting efforts to improve lead response, appointment setting, show rates, enrollment conversion, and start rates.
• Establish clear standards for recruiting performance, follow-up cadence, pipeline management, and student experience.
• Partner with military and civilian recruiting leaders to ensure segment-specific strategies are effective and scalable.
• Review staffing structure, territory design, and workload allocation to maximize output and accountability.

Marketing and Lead Generation

• Partner closely with the marketing team to ensure campaigns produce qualified leads that convert to enrolled students.
• Evaluate lead source performance, cost per lead, cost per start, and return on marketing spend.
• Help shape messaging, targeting, and campaign priorities based on recruiting outcomes and market demand.
• Ensure marketing and recruiting operate as one coordinated revenue system rather than separate departments.

Community Partnerships and Business Development

• Oversee community partner strategy to expand awareness, referral partnerships, and local influence.
• Lead business development efforts that support employer relationships, workforce partnerships, and other enrollment-driving opportunities.
• Build strong external partnerships that enhance ForgeNow’s brand, credibility, and student pipeline.

Financial Assistance and Enrollment Support

• Oversee the financial assistance function to ensure students receive timely, accurate guidance that supports enrollment conversion and persistence.
• Improve coordination between recruiting and financial assistance so prospective students move efficiently through the enrollment process.
• Monitor bottlenecks that cause student drop-off prior to start.

Team Leadership and Culture

• Lead, coach, and develop department heads and frontline managers across all assigned functions.
• Establish a culture of accountability, urgency, professionalism, and student-centered service.
• Create scorecards and KPIs for each team and conduct regular performance reviews tied to measurable outcomes.
• Identify hiring needs, organizational gaps, and training opportunities within the revenue organization.

Operational Excellence

• Standardize CRM usage, reporting, and funnel visibility across all revenue-related teams.
• Use data to identify breakdowns in lead flow, recruiting performance, financial aid completion, and partner conversion.
• Recommend structural, staffing, and process improvements that support scale.
• Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning, market expansion, and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership experience in sales, marketing, revenue operations, or growth leadership

• Ability to operate strategically while also driving day-to-day execution
• CRM and reporting fluency required
• B2C or B2B sales
