What you'll do:

- Build your book
- Use your training to meet sales metrics and become eligible for commission
- Establish relationships to close new customers
- Negotiate prices with customers and carriers
- Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery

We will pay to relocate you to Cincinnati, Ohio to train with some of the top brokers in the company. Once you’ve completed training and built a solid book of business, TQL will pay to relocate you again to any of our 60+ offices nationwide. They are focusing on modernizing enterprise systems, enhancing data reliability, and enabling real-time insights across various departments including Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Human Resources, and Commercial teams.
The role of Director of Enterprise Application and Data offers a strategic leadership position reporting directly to the CIO and executive team, with responsibility over the entire enterprise applications ecosystem, including ERP, ecommerce, data engineering, and analytics.
This individual will have the opportunity to define and implement a multi-year roadmap for application modernization and data architecture in a collaborative and innovative environment.

In this role, the Director will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of all enterprise applications and data platforms.
They will own Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and ensure robust integration across business functions.
Responsibilities include overseeing ecommerce platforms, custom applications, and ensuring seamless connectivity with backend systems.
The Director will drive enterprise data and analytics vision, focusing on data governance, quality, warehousing, and self-service BI.
Additionally, they will lead teams responsible for application development, ERP administration, data engineering, data modeling, and BI development.
Implementing SDLC, DevOps, and change management best practices is crucial, along with ensuring the high availability, security, and performance of critical business platforms.
Establishing KPIs for system performance, data accuracy, project delivery, and operational health, and partnering closely with various departmental leaders to align technology with business outcomes are key components of this role.
The Director will also manage relationships with software vendors, system integrators, offshore development partners, and licensing providers while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience leading enterprise applications, ERP ecosystems, or data/analytics functions, with at least 5 years of leadership experience managing technical teams in development, ERP/CRM, data engineering, and BI.
A strong understanding of D365 FandO or similar enterprise ERP platforms is essential, along with deep knowledge of data architecture, data engineering, and BI tools, preferably Power BI.
Experience implementing SDLC frameworks like Agile and Waterfall and familiarity with Azure cloud services, integration technologies, and DevOps practices are also required.
Experience with managing offshore or virtual development teams is a strong plus.
The candidate must have proven ability to partner cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, HR, and executive leadership, and should hold a bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
