Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments and vulnerability management across OT environments.
• Work closely with site engineering, operations leadership, corporate IT/OT teams, vendors, and system integrators.
• Identify and mitigate cyber threats impacting manufacturing equipment and control systems.
• Help design secure architecture across IT and OT overlapping environments.
• Manage security incidents and ensure controlled response during threats.
• Develop and maintain risk registers, security controls, and mitigation plans.
• Communicate risks effectively and influence stakeholders who may not initially recognize security threats.
• Initial focus will be two manufacturing sites (Columbus & Altavista).
• First 90 days priorities:
• OT asset inventory
• Threat modeling
• Risk registration
• Incident response planning
• The goal is to protect manufacturing OT assets from cyber threats while maintaining uninterrupted 24/7 plant operations.
• Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments for software, systems, and network infrastructure.
• Perform threat modeling using tools such as STRIDE.
• Conduct and support vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST SP 800-82, FDA, HIPAA, GDPR, PCI DSS, etc).
• Monitor and interpret changes in global cybersecurity regulations and standards, integrating them into Client Nutrition policies and procedures.
• Support internal and external audits, including remediation coordination at Client Nutrition sites.
• Collaborate with engineering and development teams to design secure system architectures.
• Guide teams in applying cybersecurity controls throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Monitor cybersecurity threats and develop mitigation strategies.
• Respond to and investigate cybersecurity incidents, identifying root causes and recovery actions.
• Utilize and manage security technologies including:
• Firewalls
• Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS)
• Endpoint protection
• Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
• SIEM systems
• Log aggregation tools
• Support the deployment and operational use of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platforms.
• Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, QA, IT) and vendors to document and implement cybersecurity controls to achieve program requirements while enabling business outcomes.
• Subject Matter Expertise on security projects to ensure the timely, on-budget, and effective implementation of cyber security improvements that are operationally supported with validation methods in place to measure effectiveness.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Experience with secure coding practices and encryption technologies.
• Minimum 5 years of experience (less experience may be considered if candidate demonstrates strong practical cybersecurity skills)

Provides Planned Maintenance (PM), safety testing, repairs, calibration, installation, routine and emergency service to general and various specialized diagnostic and therapeutic medical equipment, as assigned by the Clinical Engineering (CE) Manager.

Interacts with clinical staff to understand and resolve operational problems in scheduling and completing PM procedures while minimizing interference to hospital departments.

Determines need for replacement parts and supplies, selects the most cost effective source, and submits properly completed parts request using established policies and guidelines.

Completes corrective and planned maintenance work order documentation per policy.

Has authority (based on department guidelines)  to order parts and supplies required for emergency service or repair  of medical equipment. Recommends test equipment and spare equipment parts to the CE Manager or Lead Technician.

Provides on-call service coverage after normal business hours on a rotating basis, as assigned.

Provides assistance and training to Bio-Medical Equipment Technician I as assigned by Clinical Engineering Management.

May be assigned duties as Lead Bio-Medical Equipment Technician, as needed.

Performs other duties as assigned or requested by the CE Manager.

Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State and local laws/regulations; the Trinity Health Integrity and Compliance Program and Code of Conduct; as well as other policies and procedures in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behavior.

Associates of Applied Sciences degree in medical electronics, electronic technology or related field, including comparable military training or an equivalent combination of education and experience. CBET certification preferred.

Three (3) to five (5) years' experience  performing corrective and planned maintenance on medical devices and/or clinical support equipment. 

Must have a basic understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.

Working knowledge and ability to use basic hand tools and  test equipment specific to the field.  Ability to train CE associates  on use and application of select test equipment.

Must have knowledge and understanding of OSHA, NFPA, The Joint Commission, CAHO, EOC, FDA and other specific regulations and standards pertaining to clinical equipment service and repair.

Must possess a personal presence that is characterized by a sense of honesty, integrity and caring with ability to inspire and motivate others to promote the philosophy, mission, vision, goals and values of Trinity Health, Ministry Organizations, and  Clinical Engineering. 

Ability to operate complex test equipment, analyze and interpret information provided by equipment and clinical staff to determine equipment operational condition.

Must have basic understanding of personal computer operation, applications, and ability to input data using keyboard.  Technician must be able to follow complex written instructions, perform tasks and document actions taken.

 Strong customer service communications skills are required to interact with hospital personnel and vendors to achieve positive outcomes. .

Ability to provide or coordinate in-service training to clinical/professional staff on medical device operations and safety functions.

Must be physically able to balance, bend, climb, crawl, crouch, kneel, reach, sit, squat, stand, twist, and walk.

Power Distribution and Make Ready Designer

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking skilled Make-Ready Designers (primary focus) and Power Distribution Designers to support engineering programs for major electric and telecom utilities. Ideal candidates bring demonstrated experience in overhead utility pole design, NESC application, clearance assessment, pole loading analysis, and construction package development. Useful design platforms include DDS, Katapult, O-Calc, GIS, MicroStation, AutoCAD, or client-specific drafting systems.

In this role, you will review field/walkout data, evaluate existing attachment conditions, model pole loading, determine make-ready requirements, and prepare accurate construction-ready deliverables. Applicants without utility pole design or distribution engineering experience will not be considered.

Note: This position is remote, but new hires must attend a 2-week paid, in-person orientation at our Perrysburg, OH headquarters.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Execute overhead distribution and make-ready design work orders while meeting quality, time, and budget expectations
• Apply established engineering design standards, NESC requirements, and internal processes
• Perform end-to-end make-ready, joint-use, and/or general distribution design
• Conduct permitting and easement research (pole ownership, ROW, property rights, approvals)
• Collaborate with team members to resolve design challenges and ensure accurate deliverables
• Use design software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, DDS, PoleForeman, O-Calc, Katapult, or client systems
• Perform quality control reviews when required
• Support additional duties as assigned

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or higher in engineering, drafting, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in make-ready engineering, joint-use design, or electric power distribution design (3+ years strongly preferred)
• Proven experience in utility pole design, including NESC application, clearance analysis, pole loading concepts, and preparation of construction-ready design packages
• Proficiency with CAD or MicroStation; experience with DDS, Katapult, O-Calc, or similar utility design platforms is strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of power distribution construction practices, with the ability to learn utility-specific proprietary systems efficiently
• Must hold a valid driver’s license, maintain active auto insurance, and pass all required background, drug, and MVR screenings
• Authorization to work in the United States is required
• Willingness to travel occasionally, including minimal overnight travel when project needs require
• Ability to work a standard Monday–Friday schedule aligned to Eastern Time, with Central/Mountain/Pacific adjustments as appropriate

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to work for extended periods using a computer keyboard, monitor, and telephone
• Ability to prepare and analyze data, review detailed information, and work with design tools requiring close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
• Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written channels
