Key Responsibilities

Site Safety Leadership

  • Act as the primary safety representative for the assigned job site, maintaining strong daily field presence.
  • Partner with construction, installation, and project leadership to integrate safety into planning, scheduling, and execution.
  • Lead daily safety briefings, toolbox talks, and pre‑task planning reviews (PTP/JHA).
  • Ensure contractors and technicians understand and follow required safety procedures and expectations.

Regulatory Compliance & Hazard Mitigation

  • Ensure site compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and other applicable industry standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and behavioral observations; document findings and verify corrective actions.
  • Review and authorize high‑risk work procedures (e.g., LOTO, energized work, work at heights, lift plans, confined space).
  • Identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures before work begins.

Incident Response & Reporting

  • Lead on‑site response to incidents, including scene control and initial investigation.
  • Conduct or assist with root‑cause investigations and corrective action development.
  • Prepare timely and accurate reports for the Safety Program Director and project leadership.
  • Track safety trends and recommend improvements to reduce recurring risks.

Training & Safety Culture Development

  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and on‑the‑spot training to technicians and contractors.
  • Support delivery of required safety trainings and refreshers.
  • Champion a “stop work authority” and “speak‑up” safety culture.

Program Consistency & Continuous Improvement

  • Implement company safety policies and standardized procedures at the site level.
  • Collaborate with the Safety Program Director to ensure alignment of documentation, reporting, and governance practices.
  • Offer field‑driven feedback to help refine corporate safety procedures and tools.
  • Support internal audits and corporate safety program reviews.


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of safety experience in construction, data centers, industrial, or technical installation environments.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1926, OSHA 1910, NFPA 70E, and industry best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting field inspections, implementing corrective actions, and influencing safe work behavior.
  • Ability to manage safety programs in multi‑contractor, fast‑paced environments.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently on site while engaging with a centralized corporate safety structure.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in data center construction or complex technical installation projects.
  • Safety certifications such as OSHA 30, CHST, CSP, ASP, or equivalent.
  • Experience with incident investigation methodologies (5‑Why, TapRooT®, Fishbone, etc.).
  • Familiarity with digital safety management systems and reporting tools such as Origami.
  • Experience supporting traveling or rotating technical workforces.

Due to our continued growth, we are hiring for a Clinical Trial Rater at Wake Research, an M3 company. This position is on-site and located in Sandy Springs, GA with possible travel on the east coast.

Job Description

The Clinical Trial Rater, a mental health professional, will be solely responsible for interviewing research participants and their informants/caregivers who are being evaluated to participate in a research study for various cognitive and behavior disorders.

Including, but not limited to the following:

  • Review patient’s medical history collected by the Wake Research Staff/Clinicians
  • Communicates with the patient as well as the patient’s study partner/informant
  • The Clinical Trial Rater will administer semi-structured test or rater scales as per protocol, not limited to CDR, ADAS-COG, MMSE, CSSRS, Cognitive Battery Test, ESS, and like exams
  • Attend and successfully complete all training programs; participate in ongoing conference calls, webinars, and other professional development opportunities
  • Complete provided rater training and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) training
  • Conduct interviews following specific study protocols, FDA, GCP, ICH, and HIPAA Privacy guidelines

Qualifications

  • Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 2 years' experience performing psychometric rating scales in a clinical setting or for clinical trials
  • Solid teamwork, organizational, interpersonal, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, work under time constraints, and work both independently and cooperatively with interdisciplinary teams
  • Preferred: Current or previous certifications to rate the following scales: SCID-5-CT, MINI, LSAS, HAM-A/D, C-SSRS, MADRS, MGH-ATRQ, ISI, CGI, HDRS-17, PANSS, YMRS, ADAS-Cog, CDR
  • Master’s Degree, Doctor of Medicine, and/or PhD/PsyD in Psychology, Social Work, Psychopharmacology, or related field required

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Must have minimum of 1 year CDL experience
  • Safely operate company vehicles, including trucks and trailers, in compliance with all CDL regulations and Lazer's guidelines
  • Transport trailers to and from designated locations in a timely and safe manner.
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure operational safety.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures as well as federal, state and industry regulations
  • Ensure proper handling of equipment and products for our customers in accordance with agreed services
  • Communicate and work effectively with dispatchers, customers, team members and/or third-party vendors working in the designated work location. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, routes, and any incidents.

Qualifications

  • Valid Commercial Driver's License Class A
  • Proven experience as a class A CDL driver with a satisfactory MVR driving record.
  • Current DOT Physical and Medical Card Knowledge of applicable federal, state and industry truck driving rules and regulations on public roads and private properties (i.e. distribution centers, etc.)
  • Ability to handle long hours and adapt to various weather conditions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as getting in and out of the truck multiple times throughout your shift.
