Position Summary
The Site Safety Manager is responsible for implementing and managing safety programs on active data center project sites within Insight Global’s technical services practice area. This role serves as the on‑site safety leader, working directly with technicians, contractors, and project leadership to ensure safe work practices, regulatory compliance, and a proactive safety culture.The role partners closely with Delivery Leadership, Program Governance, and Operations to proactively manage risk, maintain customer safety standards, and embed EHS practices and culture into daily execution. Regular travel to local sites may be required for inspections, audits, workforce engagement, and incident response. The position reports to the Project Delivery and the Corporate Safety Program Director.
Key Responsibilities
Site Safety Leadership
- Act as the primary safety representative for the assigned job site, maintaining strong daily field presence.
- Partner with construction, installation, and project leadership to integrate safety into planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Lead daily safety briefings, toolbox talks, and pre‑task planning reviews (PTP/JHA).
- Ensure contractors and technicians understand and follow required safety procedures and expectations.
Regulatory Compliance & Hazard Mitigation
- Ensure site compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and other applicable industry standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and behavioral observations; document findings and verify corrective actions.
- Review and authorize high‑risk work procedures (e.g., LOTO, energized work, work at heights, lift plans, confined space).
- Identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures before work begins.
Incident Response & Reporting
- Lead on‑site response to incidents, including scene control and initial investigation.
- Conduct or assist with root‑cause investigations and corrective action development.
- Prepare timely and accurate reports for the Safety Program Director and project leadership.
- Track safety trends and recommend improvements to reduce recurring risks.
Training & Safety Culture Development
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and on‑the‑spot training to technicians and contractors.
- Support delivery of required safety trainings and refreshers.
- Champion a “stop work authority” and “speak‑up” safety culture.
Program Consistency & Continuous Improvement
- Implement company safety policies and standardized procedures at the site level.
- Collaborate with the Safety Program Director to ensure alignment of documentation, reporting, and governance practices.
- Offer field‑driven feedback to help refine corporate safety procedures and tools.
- Support internal audits and corporate safety program reviews.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of safety experience in construction, data centers, industrial, or technical installation environments.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1926, OSHA 1910, NFPA 70E, and industry best practices.
- Demonstrated experience conducting field inspections, implementing corrective actions, and influencing safe work behavior.
- Ability to manage safety programs in multi‑contractor, fast‑paced environments.
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently on site while engaging with a centralized corporate safety structure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in data center construction or complex technical installation projects.
- Safety certifications such as OSHA 30, CHST, CSP, ASP, or equivalent.
- Experience with incident investigation methodologies (5‑Why, TapRooT®, Fishbone, etc.).
- Familiarity with digital safety management systems and reporting tools such as Origami.
- Experience supporting traveling or rotating technical workforces.

Due to our continued growth, we are hiring for a Clinical Trial Rater at Wake Research, an M3 company. This position is on-site and located in Sandy Springs, GA with possible travel on the east coast.
The Clinical Trial Rater, a mental health professional, will be solely responsible for interviewing research participants and their informants/caregivers who are being evaluated to participate in a research study for various cognitive and behavior disorders.
Including, but not limited to the following:
- Review patient’s medical history collected by the Wake Research Staff/Clinicians
- Communicates with the patient as well as the patient’s study partner/informant
- The Clinical Trial Rater will administer semi-structured test or rater scales as per protocol, not limited to CDR, ADAS-COG, MMSE, CSSRS, Cognitive Battery Test, ESS, and like exams
- Attend and successfully complete all training programs; participate in ongoing conference calls, webinars, and other professional development opportunities
- Complete provided rater training and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) training
- Conduct interviews following specific study protocols, FDA, GCP, ICH, and HIPAA Privacy guidelines
- Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 2 years' experience performing psychometric rating scales in a clinical setting or for clinical trials
- Solid teamwork, organizational, interpersonal, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, work under time constraints, and work both independently and cooperatively with interdisciplinary teams
- Preferred: Current or previous certifications to rate the following scales: SCID-5-CT, MINI, LSAS, HAM-A/D, C-SSRS, MADRS, MGH-ATRQ, ISI, CGI, HDRS-17, PANSS, YMRS, ADAS-Cog, CDR
- Master’s Degree, Doctor of Medicine, and/or PhD/PsyD in Psychology, Social Work, Psychopharmacology, or related field required

Position title:
Instructor (Non-Senate, Non-Tenure Track)
Salary range:
The compensation model varies depending upon the course delivery format. For a synchronous Live Online course, a reasonable estimate for this position is $3,000 -$4,000 total per course. For an asynchronous Start Anytime Online course, this position is paid $165 per final student course grade submitted each month; a reasonable estimate ranges from $660 - $21,285 total per course; and monthly payments typically begin within 6 months after the course start date. Instructor compensation is determined by course length, number of units, enrollment, budgetary considerations, and other factors.
Percent time:
Part-time by agreement on a course-by-course basis.
Anticipated start:
Some appointments may begin as early as the spring semester.

Position description
UC Berkeley Extension (UNEX), the continuing education branch of the University of California, Berkeley, has been building bridges between UC Berkeley and the public since 1891. UNEX serves the professional and continuing education goals of thousands of people each year and plays an essential part of the University mission to: extend the research and scholarship of UC Berkeley to a global community; increase access to higher education for non-traditional, online, and international students; and improve the workforce. UC Berkeley Extension is a part of the division under the leadership of the Dean of Extended Education that also includes Berkeley Summer Sessions, Berkeley Study Abroad, and Osher Lifelong Learning Institute.
UC Berkeley Extension invites applications for a pool of qualified, dynamic instructors with a commitment to professional and continuing education in Data Analytics, Data Science, Software Development, and Cybersecurity to teach one or more online courses each year for our Engineering, Technology, and Environmental Management department.

- Online instruction is delivered asynchronously through our learning management system (Canvas) or through synchronous live lectures (Zoom).

General Duties
The department seeks candidates who can support the success of all students through inclusive curriculum, classroom environment, and pedagogy. Specific duties and expectations will vary depending on the method of instruction including: Synchronous Live Online (Zoom); or Asynchronous Online (Start Anytime).
- For synchronous instruction (live online courses), duties include but are not limited to: syllabus development; assignment development; lesson planning for class meetings; preparing and submitting required texts and course materials; reviewing and updating Canvas course site; and delivering lectures, presentations, and learning activities for all required hours of instruction.
- For asynchronous instruction (start anytime online courses), duties include but are not limited to: reviewing the syllabus and pre-populated online course content; learning and utilizing Canvas classroom management tools; and requesting any training needs from the Program Director or Department Director.
- For all instruction (regardless of course format) duties include but are not limited to: completing required trainings as mandated by the UC Presidential policies; responding to student questions and learning needs in a timely manner; grading student assignments and posting final student grades to the instructor portal in a timely manner; utilizing University-approved course support platforms including the Canvas Learning Management System, Zoom, Instructor Portal, Google Workspace, etc.; reviewing and following University and departmental policies, logistics, and other guidelines as published on the departmental Instructional Resource Site; and responding to other requests from the Program Director or Department Director in a timely manner.

Qualifications
Basic qualifications (required at time of application)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent international degree required.
Additional qualifications (required at time of start)
- 5 or more years of professional industry work experience since degree.
Preferred qualifications
- 6 or more years of professional industry work experience in the course subject.
- Advanced degree in course subject preferred.
- Teaching, training or coaching experience in the course subject, within a U.S. corporate environment, or at a U.S. college/university institution.
- Experience in creating syllabi, learning objectives, lectures/presentations, learning activities, assignments, assessments, exams, and quizzes.
- Experience teaching online and/or developing academic content for online courses.
- Ability to convey conceptual and complex ideas and information.
- Ability to support the success of all students through inclusive curriculum, classroom environment, and pedagogy.
- Effective verbal/written communication and presentation skills (English).
- Effective organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues and work within a team environment.
- Proficiency in (or willingness to learn) instructional and other technology, such as: Learning Management Systems (Canvas); lecture/presentation capture applications (Panopto); online video conferencing (Zoom); Microsoft Office (Word and PowerPoint); file sharing (Google drive or Dropbox); and Google Workspace tools (email, calendar, docs, sheets, slides, etc).
