• Level II Trauma Center with 350 staffed beds.
• Full case mix including OB, general, ortho, regional, cranial.
• Low volume of peds cases.
• Four operating rooms plus two surgery centers; total of three anesthetizing locations.
• In-house and overnight OB.

Monitors and inspects tasks for restoration jobs to ensure completion of drying, demolition and various restoration activities. Prepares and reviews documentation to include notes, photos and documents according to company policies and procedures. Explains processes used to complete active jobs and next steps to resolution in person to customers. Supervises technician(s) assigned to the job ensuring safety and operational standards are being followed and met during active jobs.

Job Responsibilities

• Knowledge of disaster restoration industry
• Retrieves work orders, ensures appropriate equipment and supplies are loaded on truck needed for job, arrives to work site
• Completes assigned jobs according to company processes and carrier standards, maintains quality control, manages technician(s) assigned to job
• Performs daily monitoring and required activities on all active jobs to residential and/or commercial customers with a sense of urgency
• Explains processes used to complete active jobs and next steps to resolution in person to customers using printed materials as a guide
• Interfaces with adjusters in person, over the phone, and virtually to resolve issues and answer questions about the loss
• Completes sketch and scope sheet for estimate, complete drying records using mobile software
• Inspects jobs after completion and obtains customer signatures for approval purposes, and requests payments when necessary
• Resolves issues with customers communicates customer issues, daily job activities with key company staff
• Prepares and or reviews documentation to include notes, photos and have documents signed by customer according to company policies using software to ensure reimbursement from insurance companies

Chassis Design/Development Contingent Engineer:

Responsibilities include: simulate, design, and validate chassis components using various simulations tools (dynamometers, rigs and track tests); provide feedback and produce technical reports.

Design Contingent Engineer:

Responsibilities include engine design concept preparation, component and assembly modeling, design evaluation and analysis, drawing preparation and release, part manufacturing coordination and other related administrative duties.

 Electrical Contingent Engineer:

Responsibilities include supporting electronic control systems on the race car; validate the control system design and application; optimization of the calibration for the system algorithms and functions utilizing real time software. Will also be responsible for engine-related electronic control unit, ignition, switches, wiring harness systems, wiring looms and connectors.

Development Contingent Engineer:

Responsible for creating development plans for concepts and component development. Looking at the full product life cycle from concept to production. In addition to executing the test and validations required to achieve project goals.

Test Contingent Engineer:

Responsibilities include engine development and durability testing on the test cell while ensuring that the test cell is ready and capable of  meeting the requested testing goals and deadlines. Will be programming and operating the test cell/plans, develop engine  and instrumentation calibration setting and cell maintenance.  Review testing methods to determine areas for improvement in accuracy, consistency and processing results.

Vehicle Dynamics Contingent Engineer:

Responsibilities include populating and calibrating vehicle model parameters, performing correlation studies: comparing vehicle model behaviors with real-world test data and modelling and characterization of all vehicle systems: e.g. aerodynamics, brakes, multi-body suspensions, tires, powertrains.

A Contingent position that will work with Designers, Vehicle Performance, and Electronics Specialists to test, modify, and evolve hardware systems on race cars and track-focused road cars. Work to prove-out durability and performance to technical targets. Report and communicate on lessons-learned during the development process. Devise innovative tools and methods to test cars, subsystems, and parts. Document problem reports for failures in the field. Analyze data logged on cars, to trace down root causes. Track and manage resolution of vehicle hardware issues. Devise countermeasures. Work with designers and manage 3rd parties to implement design changes. Manage and execute testing of countermeasure parts. Manage and execute test and development of new vehicles, and vehicle hardware updates. Regularly liaise with 3rd party vendors, race teams, and test facilities. Specify instrumentation, perform data analysis, and write reports on the outcomes of development initiatives. Devise new and improved ways to test parts and systems, either in track driving tests, or in workshop rig tests. Work with designers, electronics groups, and suppliers to implement new testing equipment and methods.

BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Experience with 3-dimension CAD software modelling of race car components. At least 5 years of professional experience.  Strong analytical skills are required. Knowledge and hands-on experience with racing cars and related electronics and mechanical systems. Previous experience evaluating and implementing design changes, specifications, and drawing releases. Previous experience coordinating activities related to project  development, scheduling, and resolution of engineering design and test issues. The Electrical Design Contingent Engineer will support company projects by performing electrical design activities, collaborating cross‑functionally, and ensuring all design solutions meet performance, cost, manufacturing, and timeline targets. This role requires hands‑on involvement in design, prototyping, assembly trials, and coordination with internal teams and external suppliers.

Conduct electrical design activities in support of company project requirements. Develop new or improved designs, including 3D modeling and 2D drawings, incorporating modern technologies, industry trends, manufacturability, environmental considerations, cost, and ease of assembly. Recommend optimized design solutions to solve problems or reduce cost while meeting performance and project targets. Perform engineering hand calculations where needed (e.g., beam bending, pressure drop). Understand and apply creepage and clearance methodologies for high‑voltage components. Design wire harnesses; experience with harness layout in assembly design is a plus. Perform tolerance stack‑up calculations to ensure proper assembly under all part variances. Collaborate with other departments to ensure on‑time delivery of practical and optimized electrical design solutions. Participate in assembly trials, manufacturing trials, and vendor visits as needed, including business travel to track/HRC or other locations. Act as a liaison between Project Management and the Design Group Lead, ensuring clear communication of project history, issues, priorities, and targets. Provide critical updates and technical information to the electrical design team and group leads. Ensure BOM and pictorials are accurately maintained and updated according to project milestones. Follow up on problem reports for responsible parts and provide timely updates during weekly review meetings. Ensure designed components meet targets set by technical management, including performance, durability, weight, cost, manufacturing, and assembly. Report design errors clearly and promptly; actively review work in progress to ensure deadlines are met. Support Design for Manufacturing (DFM) activities and perform drawing content checks prior to ECN submission.

Cross‑Functional Engagement: Collaborate proactively with: Project Management; Development & Simulation teams; External suppliers; QA / Assembly Shop, Machine Shop

Provide updates and solutions at mechanical, engineering, and problem‑report meetings. Support other 3D/2D component design activities beyond electrification as needed. Maintain accountability for delivering assigned tasks according to project timelines.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field. 3–5+ years of experience in electrical design engineering, ideally in automotive, motorsports, aerospace, or related high‑performance industries. Proficiency in 3D CAD tools (CATIA V5/V6 or 3D Experience preferred). Strong understanding of high‑voltage electrical systems, including creepage and clearance requirements. Experience designing wire harnesses and electrical subsystems. Ability to perform engineering hand calculations and justify design decisions. Solid understanding of GD&T principles (preferred). Knowledge of DFM (Design for Manufacturing) practices and ability to collaborate closely with manufacturing teams. Ability to interpret and create engineering drawings, BOMs, and assembly documentation. Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot design issues and develop effective solutions. Lead and provide design engineering expertise for racecar vehicle design projects supporting HRC’s pinnacle and grassroots motorsports programs. This role is responsible for creating and analyzing design concepts, CAD models, and drawings, interpreting test results, planning and completing assigned engineering projects, and mentoring engineers.

Technical Direction & Mentorship: Develop team capabilities, promote collaboration, manage conflict, provide feedback, and optimize resources.

Design Leadership: Lead design activities for subsystem prototype validation.
