Job Title: R&D Test Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking R&D Test Engineers to support the development and verification of innovative drug delivery and medical device products. The selected candidates will contribute to verification and validation activities, test method development, and product testing to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal quality standards.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and Regulatory Affairs to support product development, verification strategies, and root cause investigations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and testing of innovative drug delivery products.
• Define and execute verification strategies, including development of verification plans, protocols, records, and reports.
• Develop scientifically justified sample size strategies in compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
• Design and execute engineering and verification test procedures.
• Prepare test protocols and documentation, maintain accurate laboratory notebooks, and present results to cross-functional teams.
• Analyze test data and provide technical insights and recommendations.
• Lead or support root cause investigations and implement issue resolutions.
• Define, develop, and validate test methods for product verification.
• Recommend design, process, or project improvements to enhance product performance and development efficiency.

Required Qualifications

R&D Test Engineer

• Experience in R&D testing, product development, or verification within engineering environments.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for installation, inspection, maintenance, repair, modification, testing, and fabrication of the Reliable-designed mechanical, electromechanical, and electrical/avionics assemblies, harnessing, interconnects, and other commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) products

• Conduct design for excellence (DFx) reviews to evaluate designs for cost, producibility, inspectability, consistency, adequacy, accuracy, and conformance to requirements

• Collaborate with design, quality, and certification teams to embed manufacturability, compliance, and risk mitigation in all phases of product development (e.g., prototype, R&D, certification, and production)

• Develop and ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, quality management system, technical bulletins, engineering orders, service bulletins, and airworthiness directives

• Develop processes to ensure accurate, current, and complete documentation (installation and inspection records, logbook entries, etc.) is utilized and maintained

• Lead root-cause analysis and implement timely corrective actions to maintain schedule, quality, and reliability

• Ensure an adequate supply of tools, serviceable parts, components, and consumables necessary for aircraft servicing and maintenance is maintained

• Oversee routine/non-routine aircraft installations, inspections, and maintenance to ensure aircraft safety and availability across multiple airframes

Basic Success Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, aerospace, systems engineering, or 7+ years of relevant experience leading aircraft maintenance/modification operations

• 7+ years of aircraft design, manufacturing, inspection, and/or testing experience

• 2+ years of experience leading complex projects or programs in aerospace, autonomy, or robotics

• 2+ years of experience with computer-aided design (CAD) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software, such as Altium, NX, and Teamcenter

• Holder of an FAA-accredited Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate

As a Sr Avionics Hardware Engineer, you will lead development of electrical components and sub-systems across our airborne and test platforms from the circuit-board level up through integrated systems and everything in between.

Responsibilities

In your role as Sr Avionics Hardware Engineer, you will design, analyze, document, test, and troubleshoot electronic assemblies at the circuit board through integrated electro-mechanical level. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team of electrical, mechanical, software, manufacturing and test engineers as the expert on your hardware. As a Radar Hardware Design Engineer, you will be a part of our Radar Engineering team. The Radar Engineering team is comprised of a small cross-functional team of motivated and experienced engineers; we're responsible for designing, building, and testing cutting-edge phased array radar systems from concept to certified product. Responsibilities

In your role as a Radar Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing digital and analog circuits for our next-generation Radar system. You will be involved in all phases of development, from conception to production, tracing system-level requirements through to circuit-level design. You will drive the design and layout of a multi-processor with an FPGA on chip using DDR 4 memory, as well as designing switching and linear power supplies. The high-speed digital design is complemented by high-frequency analog and RF design up to 12GHz. You will own the schematic, layout, artwork generation and bring-up of hardware. You will be collaborating with the cross-functional teams, including mechanical and system engineering. You will be responsible for the certification of your design to DO-160, DO-254 design assurance and FCC certification. You will support radar system integration and testing in the engineering lab and on the aircraft.

Basic Success Criteria

• Electrical Engineering fundamentals, typically gained through a Bachelor's Degree of Science or Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or a related discipline

• 5+ years of professional hands-on experience with high-speed digital circuits, linear and switching power regulator circuits, PLL's, VGA, mixers etc.

• Ability to use Circuit simulators, Altium schematic capture and layout, and SPICE simulation software

• Ability to troubleshoot, find root cause, and resolve issues

• Experienced in using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers and Vector Network Analyzers

We are servicing the building industry in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering services along with electrical testing, dry utility coordination, low voltage distribution and design. We have an opening for Senior Plumbing Engineer & Project Manager who can handle the following responsibilities:

·        Design of residential and commercial plumbing systems including calculations, piping layout, riser diagrams, equipment schedules, and details

·        Coordination with the developer, builder, architect, civil engineer, and other disciplines

·        Attending design meetings and field surveys as required during design and construction.

·        Managing the project from schematic design (SD) phase all the way through the final stages of construction administration (CA)

·        Reviewing and responding to the plumbing related submittals and RFIs

Requirements:

·        Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience

·        Plumbing Design and Project Management experience, 3-6 years at minimum

·        Experience in AutoCAD

·        REVIT

·        Strong communication skills

·        Microsoft Office Suite

·        California Mechanical Code

·        National Mechanical Code

·        California Energy Code

·        Team player and detail oriented

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $90K-$120K

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Estimator at DOMINGUEZ GENERAL ENGINEERING, INC in Pomona, CA. The Project Estimator will be responsible for cost management, construction estimating, communication, project estimation, and budgeting. They will collaborate with various teams to accurately estimate project costs and ensure successful project completion.

Qualifications

• Must have 10 years plus Estimating in Water, Sewer, and Storm Drain for private and public entities.
• Cost Management, Budgeting, and Project Estimation skills
• Construction Estimating expertise
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret technical data
• Detail-oriented and organized approach to work
• Experience in project management is a plus
• Must be familiar with all upcoming bid websites, Planet bids, bid America, etc.
• Must be able to do take off on jobs bidding (Aggregates, Pipe material, Dirt export)
• Must be able to request quote from multiple suppliers (Aggregates, Pipe Suppliers, Sub-Contractors)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced-level setup and operation of milling, turning, and grinding machines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues quickly and effectively.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job specifications.
• Execute high-precision benchwork and layout activities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of related machining experience.
• Strong English communication skills – able to understand verbal and written instructions, collaborate with team members, and actively participate in meetings and training.
• Math proficiency in algebra, geometry, and trigonometry.
• Exceptional measurement skills with the ability to work within tight tolerances.
• Expertise in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Ability to document quality control requirements clearly and accurately.
• Solid understanding of tooling, equipment safety, and machining best practices.
• A proactive mindset for addressing non-conforming operations and producing accurate, high-quality parts within deadlines.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with experience mentoring junior team members
