Description:
The Access Management Specialist role is responsible for processing security and access permissions for various individuals requiring building access. They also serve as a customer service representative, assisting with access control requests and troubleshooting badge-related issues. Position Title: Quality Manager
Immediate Supervisor: Executive Owner
General Purpose: This key leadership position is responsible for leading all aspects of Quality processes and systems, managing the Quality Management System (QMS), internal and external audits, regulatory and safety compliance, and leading a team of Quality Technicians, Process Engineers and Learning and Development Coordinators in a manufacturing environment. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, ensure product integrity, and exceed customer expectations. Responsibilities:
QUALITY MANAGEMENT
Customer Response Team:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for quality-related communications with customers and suppliers.
- Manage customer complaints, lead investigations, and coordinate timely, effective resolution.
Manage ISO Certification
- Maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 13485 and applicable customer/regulatory requirements.
- Own Document Control for QMS and production documents (Work Orders, labels, Certificates of Conformance, inspection forms), ensuring revision control, approvals, controlled release, and record retention.
- Lead internal and external audits (customer, supplier, registrar), including audit preparation, execution, follow-up, and reporting to the Executive Team.
- Own the metrology and test equipment program (calipers, gauges, vision systems, clean room monitoring equipment, etc.), including calibration/verification, status control, and records management.
- Oversee equipment qualifications and process validations to ensure ongoing compliance and product integrity.
Manage Quality Assurance Processes
- Drive robust Root Cause Analysis and CAPA execution for internal and external nonconformances.
- Lead and develop the Quality team, including supervision of Quality Technicians and daily quality execution on the production floor.
- Manage supplier quality performance, including supplier evaluations, audits, incoming quality issues, and nonconformance resolution.
- Maintain clean room quality standards, environmental controls, and monitoring/testing protocols.
- Assess quality organizational needs and build a high-performing team aligned with business growth and customer requirements.
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
- Lead and oversee the company’s Continuous Improvement (CI) program to drive process optimization, quality performance, and operational excellence.
- Partner cross-functionally to identify improvement opportunities, implement solutions, and sustain gains.
- Partner with company leadership to define quality strategy, establish KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.

LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT
- Lead and oversee company-wide training and employee development programs, including the implementation, development, and leadership of quality- and safety-related training, to support performance, compliance, and organizational capability, and ensure employees are competent to perform assigned duties and meet QMS requirements.
- Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), maintaining current training content, training matrices, and complete/accurate training records to support audits and continuous improvement.
Education / Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quality, manufacturing, engineering, or medical device related field.
- 4+ years in a Quality leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
- 3+ years managing a QMS within ISO 13485 or other ISO Standards within a manufacturing environment, and leading customer/supplier audits.
- Proven experience with precision component manufacturing and contract manufacturing environments.
- Hands-on experience with CAPA, root cause investigations, and quality metrics.
- Familiarity with medical device manufacturing and regulated industries (Preferred).
- Familiarity with applying principles of Lean Manufacturing, Theory of Constraints and/or Six Sigma Problem Solving.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings and using inspection equipment.

Sequence has been exclusively retained to identify a Senior-level Environmental Project Manager for one of the nation’s most respected, long-standing, multi-discipline environmental and planning consultancies supporting public- and private-sector clients throughout California and beyond.
Our client is a well-established firm with decades of history, a collaborative culture, and a deep bench of technical specialists. They are seeking a seasoned CEQA professional who can own projects end-to-end, lead teams, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients and agencies.
This is a true senior-level role – not a paper-pushing position. You’ll be hands-on where it matters, but also entrusted with responsibility, judgment, and autonomy.
What This Role Looks Like
You’ll work within a cross-disciplinary team of planners, biologists, air/noise specialists, and designers on a diverse portfolio of projects across California. The work spans CEQA/NEPA documentation and compliance, public infrastructure, utilities, parks and open space, residential and institutional development, and long-range planning efforts. Including working on efforts related to General Plans, Specific Plans and Park Master Plans.
This role blends technical excellence with project leadership:
- Leading and managing CEQA/NEPA documents from scoping through certification
- Independently drafting clear, defensible environmental analysis
- Managing scopes, schedules, budgets, and subconsultants
- Serving as a primary client contact and representing clients at meetings and hearings
- Coordinating with agencies and regulatory bodies
- Helping set the tone for quality, responsiveness, and accountability on projects
While some travel and occasional evening meetings are part of the work, the firm is intentional about sustainable workloads and flexibility, offering a hybrid schedule that supports both collaboration and balance.
Who Were Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental studies, planning, or a related field (Master’s a plus)
- Strong working knowledge of CEQA and NEPA
- Familiarity with California environmental laws and agencies (e.g., CEQA, NEPA, ESA/CESA, Clean Water Act; BAAQMD, CDFW, RWQCB, USACE, etc.)
- Prior experience managing public- and/or private-sector environmental projects
- Excellent technical writing and analytical skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Collaborative by nature, but confident working independently

The Role
We’re hiring a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive new business across growth-stage and mid-market employers.
This is a quota-carrying, full-cycle sales role. Typical deal sizes range from $40K–$150K in ACV, with opportunities to expand accounts over time.
You will own the entire workflow, from pipeline generation and MQL conversion to discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close.
At Cascade, Sales owns revenue end-to-end. That includes:
- Generating outbound pipeline
- Converting inbound MQLs into qualified meetings
- Running structured discovery
- Advancing and closing opportunities
You are expected to maintain 3–5x pipeline coverage relative to quota and manage forecasting with rigor and discipline.
This is a hunter role with high autonomy and high accountability.
You’ll work closely with the CEO, Head of Sales, and Marketing to refine messaging, target the right accounts, and build a repeatable mid-market motion.
What You’ll DoGenerate Pipeline
- Prospect into target accounts through cold calls, email sequences, LinkedIn, referrals, and creative outreach.
- Build and maintain a healthy, self-sourced pipeline.
- Convert inbound MQLs into qualified discovery meetings and pipeline.
- Maintain 3–5x pipeline coverage at all times.
Run Full-Cycle Sales
- Own every stage of the sales process, from first touch to signed contract.
- Run structured discovery and stakeholder mapping.
- Deliver tailored demos and executive presentations.
- Build ROI-driven business cases for HR, IT, and Finance buyers.
- Navigate procurement and negotiate contracts confidently.
Operate as an AI-First Seller
- Leverage AI tools and Cascade’s internal agents to increase productivity and improve deal quality.
- Use automation and structured workflows to manage pipeline efficiently.
- Contribute ideas to improve how the sales team uses AI to win.
Collaborate & Improve the Motion
- Partner with Marketing to optimize messaging and campaigns.
- Share field insights to sharpen positioning and competitive strategy.
- Help define what a repeatable mid-market playbook looks like at Cascade.
About You
- 3–5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience (AI, HR Tech, IT, or workflow platforms preferred).
- Proven ability to generate your own pipeline, not just work inbound.
- Comfortable converting MQLs into qualified meetings.
- Experience running full-cycle sales independently.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to build ROI-driven proposals.
- Disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
- Energized by startup environments and building from zero to one.
- Curious and proactive about using AI tools to improve performance.
