Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's degree preferred).

Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Maryland or the ability to obtain one within 6 months through comity from another state.

Minimum of 16 years of experience in mechanical engineering design and project management.

Proficiency in industry software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and energy modeling software.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

We are looking for a highly experienced mechanical engineer with in-depth knowledge of various mechanical system designs, including DX packaged systems, hydronic systems, chilled water plants, heating water plants, and plumbing.

Responsibilities: Construction Documentation: Develop plans, sections, schedules, details, controls, cost estimates, and specifications for mechanical systems.

Engineering Design Analysis: Conduct mechanical system selection, energy and life cycle cost analysis, and ensure designs meet energy and sustainable design targets.

- Advanced Manufacturing Job Description: An Assistant Project Manager (APM) obtains, evaluates, coordinates and distributes the information and authorizations necessary to construct projects on time, within budget and to the quality specified.
