We are seeking a Washington State licensed driving instructor to join us at launch and help establish a high standard for safety, professionalism, and quality instruction.

This is not a route-driving or volume-based position.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned litigator with a proven track record in civil litigation, having handled a multitude of cases from inception through trial.

The candidate will be responsible for managing a broad spectrum of cases, including commercial disputes, employment, and other civil litigation matters.

The role requires a deep understanding of the legal landscape, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining the highest professional standards.

Responsibilities: Represent clients in all stages of civil litigation, including pretrial motions, hearings, depositions, trials, and appeals.

Prepare and draft legal documents, such as pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, briefs, and other court filings.

Conduct comprehensive case assessments to identify the legal issues, assess the merits of claims or defenses, and determine the legal strategies to pursue.

Conduct and manage discovery, including taking and defending depositions, interrogating witnesses, and gathering and analyzing evidence.

Advocate for clients in court by presenting evidence, making legal arguments, and examining and cross-examining witnesses.

Negotiate settlements to resolve disputes favorably and cost-effectively for clients.

Maintain ongoing communication with clients, keeping them informed about case progress and advising them about legal rights and obligations.

Stay abreast of legal developments affecting clients' cases and comply with all legal standards and regulations.

Qualifications: Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.

Licensed to practice law in the state and in good standing with the state bar association.

Ideally looking for 6+ years of of experience as a civil litigation attorney, with a strong record of handling cases from motion to trial.

Employment law experience preferred Demonstrated proficiency in legal research, analysis, and writing.

Extensive experience in court appearances, depositions, hearings, and trials.

Strong negotiation, advocacy, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, witnesses, colleagues, court personnel, and other parties.

High degree of professional ethics and integrity.

Ability to manage multiple cases and to work under pressure to meet deadlines and achieve results.

Proficiency in using legal software for case management, document review, and trial presentation.
