Role Description

Culinary Leadership & Menu Management

• Execute and maintain authentic Bavarian recipes in accordance with Hofbräuhaus standards
• Develop seasonal features and European-inspired menu additions while preserving brand identity
• Ensure strict recipe adherence and plating consistency across all shifts
• Conduct regular taste tests and quality audits
• Collaborate with management on promotions, events, and media appearances
• Balance innovation with operational practicality and food cost targets

Kitchen Operations & Production

• Oversee all kitchen production in a high-volume environment
• Maintain service readiness through prep planning, pars, and station organization
• Ensure food is prepared safely, consistently, and on schedule
• Implement and maintain production systems and workflow efficiency
• Manage prep volumes to prevent waste and shortages
• Responsible for all food leaving the kitchen

Food Safety & Sanitation

• Enforce all food safety regulations and sanitation standards
• Maintain date marking, labeling, and storage compliance
• Train staff on safe handling procedures and monitor adherence
• Maintain inspection readiness at all times
• Establish corrective actions for violations immediately

Team Leadership & Development

• Recruit, train, and develop all BOH staff
• Build schedules based on business levels and labor targets

• Create a professional kitchen culture focused on consistency and respect
• Maintain clear communication between FOH and BOH

Inventory & Cost Control

• Manage ordering, receiving, and storage of all food products

Operational Accountability

• Maintain documentation systems (prep logs, temp logs, cleaning schedules)

Brand & Guest Experience

• Support the mission of delivering an authentic Bavarian experience

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years, 10 years’ preferred experience in high-volume kitchens (Executive Chef or Sous Chef level)
• Experience with German, Bavarian, or European cuisine strongly preferred
• Strong leadership and staff development skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume production environments
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen sanitation practices
• Proven experience controlling food cost and managing inventory systems
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Food safety certification required (or ability to obtain)

Anne Arundel Dermatology is hiring a Patient Service Agent to join our remote call center team, with a targeted start date of February 23rd, 2026.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (EST).

This is a full-time, remote position supporting our dermatology practices through high-volume patient calls, appointment scheduling, and care coordination.

Founded more than 50 years ago, Anne Arundel Dermatology provides the full spectrum of medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology services. With 250+ clinicians and 110+ locations across 7 states, we are one of the largest and fastest-growing dermatology groups in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern United States.

As we continue to expand, we are building a remote Patient Service Center and hiring a new class of Patient Service Agents to support our growing patient population. This role is a strong entry point into healthcare and offers clear opportunities for advancement. Team members have advanced from the Patient Service Center into clinical roles, cosmetic positions, and leadership positions, including Supervisors and Managers.

Patient Service Agents are trained on the systems that power our practices, including patient scheduling platforms, electronic health records, and structured call workflows. Reporting to a Patient Service Center Manager, the Patient Service Agent (PSA) supports a high-volume remote call center environment by managing patient communication and appointment scheduling across multiple dermatology practices.

Key responsibilities include:

• Handle an average of 80-100 inbound and outbound calls per day in a structured call center setting
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments accurately and efficiently
• Navigate provider schedules and coordinate communication between patients, clinics, physicians, and pharmacies
• Document patient information clearly and accurately within internal systems, including electronic health records (EHR)
• Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and patient privacy regulations
• Communicate with patients using a professional, empathetic, and service-oriented approach
• Identify and escalate complex or urgent patient concerns to appropriate team members or leadership
• Meet or exceed individual performance metrics, including call handling, accuracy, and attendance
• Contribute positively to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
