General purpose: Responsible for guiding and managing the Infrastructure (Asphalt and Pavement applications) R&D portfolio from initial ideation through full commercialization. Within the Infrastructure projects and platform, this role ensures the efficient deployment of technical resources across North America, with strategic resourcing aligned to both Global Platform teams and North American Business teams. Ameron Pole Products, a national manufacturer of Steel and Concrete Lighting and Traffic Poles, has openings for qualified MIG Fitter/Welders responsible for the layout and assembly of pole sections in preparation for welding.
Schedule: Mon-Thurs. 4pm-2:30am (+$2.50/hr SD)
What You'll Do:
Selects fabrication equipment and plans layout, assembly, and welding procedures.
Bolts, clamps, and tack-welds parts to secure in position for welding.
Sets up equipment and welds parts using Arc, Gas-Shielded Arc, or Gas Welding equipment.
May assemble parts by bolting.
Repairs products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping and reassembling parts. In some cases, fabrication equipment may be uses to perform the function above such as plate rolling machines, plate cutting machines, cutting torch or other welding fabrication equipment.
Clean pole and welds as required

Director, Analytics Product Management Business Intelligence Center (Google Cloud) – Hybrid

We are looking for a strategic leader to drive the vision, development, and adoption of advanced analytics and AI solutions across our sales organization. This role will oversee a portfolio of AI-enabled products, including predictive models, generative AI tools, and decision intelligence integrated into CRM and digital platforms, all designed to enhance sales performance and revenue growth.
As a key leader, the Director will partner with senior product managers and cross-functional technical teams to define product strategy, prioritize initiatives, and ensure seamless execution. Success in this role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, business insight, and executive influence, enabling the leader to translate complex AI capabilities into tangible business outcomes and enterprise-wide adoption.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Shape Enterprise Analytics Strategy: Develop and continuously refine the advanced analytics roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and growth goals across local and national sales operations.
Lead AI/ML Product Innovation: Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to create, implement, and scale predictive and generative AI solutions that drive tangible business outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Bachelor's degree in an analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business).
- MBA or another advanced degree from a top-tier educational institution (preferred)
Experience
- 8+ years in product management or analytics leadership roles, with proven experience delivering AI/ML-drivenproducts atscale.
- Prior experience in a corporate setting or leading a professional services company in an analytical or strategic role, such as Strategy, Finance, or Insights.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple product teams and driving enterprise-wide adoption of analytics solutions.
- 3+ years with Google Cloud

Position Summary:

In this hybrid role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, enhance systems, and drive innovation in an agile environment. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Product & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with Product Owners, System Architects, and business stakeholders to define user stories and deliver effective solutions in an agile environment.
- Own and manage incoming projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
System Enhancement & Support
- Lead enhancements and troubleshoot issues across the SAP ecosystem.
- Support batch process resolution, including job setup, updates, and root cause analysis. This includes participation in an overnight on-call rotation quarterly for a total of approximately 2-3 weeks a quarter, supported by a collaborative team structure.
Quality & Documentation
