Night Shift Registered Nurse – Adolescent Behavioral Health
Location: Nampa, Idaho
Shifts Available:
- Sun/Mon/Tue 4:30pm-6am (2 spots)
- Wed/Sat 4:30pm-7am (1 spot)
- Every other Sunday and Wednesday 6:30am-7pm (1 spot)

We are hiring Registered Nurses for overnight and evening shifts at a small, close‑knit adolescent behavioral health hospital just outside the Boise metro. You will work with patients ages 11–18 in a supportive, structured environment designed to prioritize safety, stability, and long‑term growth.
This role is ideal for RNs who want to expand into behavioral health or gain experience in a specialty that is in high demand. Psychiatric experience is welcomed but not required. If you are a strong RN who is calm under pressure, compassionate, and eager to grow, you will be supported every step of the way.

What you will do
- Provide professional nursing care to adolescent patients in a behavioral health setting
- Perform assessments, develop care plans, and deliver direct nursing services
- Support patient safety, health education, and clinical documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and follow established nursing standards
- Participate in case management and day‑to‑day clinical operations
What we are looking for
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Idaho
- Comfortable working evening or overnight shifts
- Interest in behavioral or adolescent mental health
- Strong communication skills and a steady, patient‑focused approach
Nice to have:
- Psychiatric nursing experience
- Experience working with adolescents
$70.00 - $80.00 per hour
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
