This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for financial oversight, coordination with external

Finance Director will work directly with the principals and serve as the central point of

The Welder I inspects own work to ensure compliance to drawings and weld procedures and makes necessary repairs. The Welder I will operate Fork trucks, jib cranes and overhead crane after training. The Welder I assist in other areas of the plan as assigned.

Work Environment
Navy Physicians work in a variety of settings, including military medical facilities, ships, and field hospitals, both domestically and internationally. As a Navy Physician, you can work at one of the highly acclaimed National Naval Medical Centers in Bethesda, MD; Portsmouth, VA; and San Diego, CA. You might even provide medical support to deployed troops aboard one of two dedicated hospital ships-the USNS Comfort and USNS Mercy. Still more opportunities are available aboard a surface ship, working closely with a nearby aircraft squadron, or with the Fleet Marine Force. Reserve Physicians primarily drill one weekend a month at a location near their home.
Training & Advancement
Upon graduation from medical school, those pursuing a Physician position are required to attend Officer Development School (ODS) in Newport, RI. ODS is a five-week program that provides a comprehensive and intense introduction to the responsibilities of Navy Staff Corps Officers. Here they learn about the military structure of the U.S. Navy, its rich history of traditions and customs, leadership development and military etiquette.
Once that training is complete, you will learn the ins and outs of life as a Navy Physician at your first assignment.
Promotion opportunities are regularly available but competitive and based on performance.

Education Opportunities
The Navy offers generous scholarships, financial assistance and continuing education programs, allowing you to finish your education with little or no debt.

For Residents:
Residents may get supplemental income in medical residency through the Navy Financial Assistance Program (FAP), which may offer you $275,000 or more during your medical residency, including an annual $45,000 grant, a monthly stipend and reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses.

Qualifications & Requirements
A degree from a four-year college or university is a minimum educational requirement to become a Commissioned Officer. You must also attend Officer Training. There may be exceptions to the degree requirements based on extensive service experience. Additional qualifications include:
* Be a U.S. citizen currently practicing in the U.S.
* Be a graduate of an eligible medical school accredited by the AMA or the AOA
* Have completed one year of graduate-level medical education in a program approved by the AMA or AOA (interns currently in training may also apply)

* Be willing to serve a minimum of two years of Active Duty

US Navy Reserve Medicine
Serving part-time as a Reservist, your duties will be conducted during your scheduled drilling and training periods. During monthly drilling, Physicians in the Reserve typically drill at a location close to their homes. This gives the flexibility to expand your medical experiences in the Navy without compromising your civilian practice at home.
Most of what you do in the Navy Reserve is considered training. The basic Navy Reserve commitment involves training a minimum of one weekend a month (referred to as drilling) and two weeks a year (referred to as Annual Training) - or the equivalent.
Furthermore, serving as a Reservist physician allows for unique and exciting experiences beyond patient care. Career-long learning in areas within and beyond medicine is both the goal and expectation. You will have the opportunity to shape policy, teach, lead and mentor young men and women, and, if you choose to do so, potentially fly with aviators, sail on ships, dive with the submariners, and/or serve alongside Marines and special operators.
Pulmonary and Critical Care physicians serve essential roles as critical wartime specialists in the military healthcare system. Their efforts in our nation's conflicts have contributed to innovations and advancements in medical care because of their unique qualifications and training, military experiences and/or by their proximity to armed conflicts. These efforts have contributed to unprecedented survival rates in the recent Afghanistan and Persian Gulf conflicts. Steel Tower, 57th Floor, 600 Grant Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, seeks an Otolaryngologist to provide operative and non-operative management to patients with conditions of the ear, nose and throat (“ENT”) and related structures of the head and neck, examine patients for symptoms indicative of ENT disorders, study diagnostic images and prescribe medications as necessary, provides ENT care to patients within UPMC Pinnacle and other determined contracted facilities, cooperates with any physician recruited to the Practice to ensure that ENT services, both elective and emergent, are available continuously at UPMC Pinnacle and applicable Affiliates, works cooperatively with all of the medical staff of UPMC Pinnacle and Affiliates, including, but not limited to, the staff of the Department of ENT, Physician Assistants, the staff of the Department of Anesthesia, and the employees of UPMC Pinnacle and Affiliates, attends administrative and clinical committee meetings as assigned, assists in all aspects of UPMC Pinnacle’s quality assurance and process improvement projects, actively promotes and attempts to increase the volume of ENT cases at UPMC Pinnacle and Affiliates, if another physician is, or physicians are, recruited into the practice, actively assists in marketing the Practice to increase patient volume, at all times acts with respect toward all colleagues, staff and employees of UPMC Pinnacle and Affiliates, uses and advocates for the use of evidence-based medical practices and care protocols, works with the ENT Services and Members of Administration to optimize resource utilization in both the inpatient and outpatient setting, follows all UPMC Pinnacle and Hanover rules and regulations applicable to employees and members of the Medical Staff, adheres to quality standards as set forth by relevant professional associations, participates in conferences and other forums, provides on-call coverage for ENT where appropriately credentialed, with night and weekend call on a rotating basis, consistent with Physician’s FTE status, supports ENT in the financial management of the practice and in promoting teamwork of staff members.
Including, but not limited to charging and diagnoses appropriate to the level of care provided at UPMC York ENT, 1600 6th Ave., Suite 105, York PA 17403, and has ability to work from home, if necessary- not on a regular basis.
Position requires a Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy, its equivalent or its foreign equivalent, must have completed a residency in Otorhinolaryngology and a foreign residency/fellowship acceptable, and must be eligible for medical licensure in Pennsylvania.

Under the general direction of a physician and by prescription, the Respiratory Therapist provides respiratory therapy services and life support to patients with deficiencies and abnormalities of the cardiopulmonary system. Defined responsibilities are performed in all patient populations and in all patient service areas.
Responsibilities:
- Assists to transport mechanically ventilated patients.
- Responds to all code situations.
- Evaluates the appropriateness of medical orders.
- Interprets clinical data to optimize patient clinical objectives.
- Maintains patient's chart that contains pertinent identification and therapy information.
- Orders repairs when needed.
- Demonstrates respiratory care procedures to trainees and other health care personnel.
- Supervises students during training.
- Monitors patient's physiological responses to therapy, such as vital signs, arterial blood gases, and blood chemistry changes.
- Performs bronchopulmonary drainage and assists patient in performing breathing exercises.
- Performs pulmonary function tests to be used by physician in diagnosis of case.
- Consults with physician in the event of adverse reactions.
- Reads prescription, measures arterial blood gases, and reviews patient information to assess patient condition and determine requirements for treatment, such as type and duration of therapy, and medication dosages.
- Determines most suitable method of administering inhalants, precautions to be observed, and modifications which may be needed that will be compatible with physician's orders.
- Sets up and operates devices, such as mechanical ventilators, therapeutic gas administration apparatus, environmental control systems, and aerosol generators.
- Operates equipment to ensure specified parameters of treatment, such as volume, gas concentration, humidity, and temperature, and to administer medicinal gases and aerosol drugs to patients.
- Observes equipment function and adjusts equipment to obtain optimum results to therapy.
- Inspects and tests respiratory therapy equipment to ensure equipment functions safely and efficiently.
- Graduate of a Co ARC (Committee on Accreditation for Respiratory Care) approved Respiratory program required
- Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license.
- Basic Life Support or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation required.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) required
- Respiratory therapists who receive their RRT credential from the NBRC after July 1, 2002 are required to maintain certification under the NBRC requirements
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) OR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
- Osteopathic Respiratory Care OR Respiratory Care Practitioners (RCP)
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
- CPR required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire

Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound phone calls to resolve routine and new issues with patients, doctors and insurers
- Provide patient care to accurately support pharma programs and triage to appropriate teams when required
