Hotel Engineering Oversight

  • Provide a site visit checklist and post-visit narrative/report.

Licenses and Permits

  • Maintain oversight of all operating licenses and permits for hotels.

  • Strong background in WWTP, underground utilities, or closely related civil infrastructure projects
  • Experience estimating projects ranging from $10M+ in value
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, set standards, and improve estimating processes
  • Strong understanding of civil means and methods, risk management, and cost drivers
  • Proficiency with estimating and preconstruction tools such as HCSS HeavyBid, Bluebeam, Excel, WinEst, Procore, and scheduling software (P6 or MS Project)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage executives, clients, and project teams


Preferred Experience

  • Texas market experience (municipal, county, or utility district work)
  • Design‑build, CMAR, or alternative delivery exposure
  • Background collaborating closely with operations on self‑perform scopes
