JOB SUMMARY
The National Sales Representative is responsible for driving enterprise and mid-market B2B revenue growth for Never Alone across a national territory. This role focuses on selling the Never Alone SaaS platform directly to Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), Assisted Living and Independent Living communities (AL/IL), Accountable Care Organizations (ACO), large health system and provider groups, Home Health agencies, and Hospice organizations.
This is a full-cycle, consultative sales role requiring the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals from initial prospecting through contract execution. The ideal candidate is a seasoned healthcare SaaS sales professional who understands the operational, clinical, and financial pressures facing post-acute and home-based care organizations, and can compellingly position the Never Alone platform as a strategic solution to those challenges.
This is a high-autonomy, high-accountability role. The National Sales Representative will manage their own pipeline, lead discovery and demo conversations, quarterback deal teams, and represent Never Alone at national conferences and industry events. This position reports directly to the Director of Sales.
MAJOR JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Enterprise & Mid-Market B2B Sales
- Own the full sales cycle across a national territory—from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and contract close.
- Target and engage decision-makers at SNFs, AL/IL communities, ACOs, large provider groups, Home Health agencies, and Hospice organizations, including C-suite executives, VPs of Clinical Operations, Directors of Nursing, and Administrators.
- Develop and execute a territory plan that balances hunting new logos with expanding within existing accounts and verticals.
- Deliver compelling, customized product demonstrations that align Never Alone's capabilities with the clinical, operational, and financial priorities of each prospect.

Qualifications
Experience:

- Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder SaaS deals with average contract values of $50K+ annually.
- Experience managing a national or large regional territory with consistent quota attainment.

Job Purpose
To develop and ensure effective implementation of the plant’s quality and food safety management systems in accordance with product specifications, regulations, and the plant’s chosen third-party food safety standards, either Safe Quality Food (SQF) or British Retail Consortium (BRC).
Key Responsibilities And Duties
Maintain a controlled Quality Management System (QMS) consisting of detailed policies and procedures supporting the corporate quality policy; federal, state, and local regulatory requirements; and food safety/defense guidelines to administer and document standardized practices in all aspects of plant operations.
- Coordinate an annual QMS review to ensure employee compliance to policies, that policies and procedures reflect current practices and requirements, and to identify issues and trends with any related systems and policies/procedures.
- Ensure effective implementation of all related policies, procedures, and systems.
- Maintain and review all applicable records.
- Lead a quality and food safety committee to assist in implementation, review, and training of the QMS.
Develop and implement food safety, food defense, and quality systems to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local government regulatory food safety requirements and Safe Quality Foods Institute (SQFI) or British Retail Consortium (BRC) standards.
- Serve as the Food Defense and HACCP Coordinator, and where applicable, as the primary SQF Practitioner.

- Audit the facility for Essential Glass, Brittle Plastics and Ceramics breakage.

Develop, implement, and maintain quality and process control systems, in compliance with corporate quality policies, to ensure product quality meets design specifications and customer expectations.
- Manage testing, inspection, and measurement control plans for product and inline inspection equipment; train production personnel in testing/measurement methodology.
- Ensure that plant-applicable product and packaging specifications and drawings are current and accurate in the corporate Specifications System.
- Review, evaluate and communicate Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Statistical Quality Control (SQC) data for consistency, accuracy and compliance to internal standards, customer specifications, and control plan requirements.
- Coordinate resolution of quality issues with plant personnel; communicate out of specification conditions to the production personnel and the management team.
- Implement nonconforming control to ensure that all plant personnel can identify product and materials for rejection, rework, etc., and to ensure that all customers receive product that meets the customers’ standards; provide timely disposition for nonconforming materials.
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams to conduct effective problem solving to solve production and quality issues; train personnel in appropriate problem solving methodologies (SPC, Cause Mapping, 5-Whys, 8-D analysis, DMAIC, etc.).
- Enact the CQV protocol as required for new or revised equipment, molds, and processes; ensure capability and quality meets approval for production and shipment.
Maintain C.A.T. stations and NWA Quality Monitor/Analyst applications on local computers.
- Maintain measurement instrument accuracy and ensure the proper instruments are available for all product testing.

Experience, Educational And Technical Qualifications
The Quality & Food Safety Manager position requires a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a quality or food safety professional role in a food processing or food packaging manufacturing environment. Knowledge of SPC, SQC, metrology, problem solving, internal auditing, HACCP, Good Manufacturing Practices, and food safety audit certification (such as AIB or SQF) is desired. Scope:
Maintenance manager for liquid division will be leading all maintenance activities to ensure reliable operation of packaging, blending and CIP systems. The maintenance manager will oversee all aspects of maintenance including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, maintenance and shutdown scheduling, spare parts strategy, equipment reliability, technical training of asset care technicians and equipment re-design.

- Responsible for the maintenance/repair of all equipment in the liquid plants.

TYPE OF POSITON: Full-time permanent
POSITION SUMMARY: The Cushioning TSR will work closely with sales teams to service products, provide technical support, and grow and promote solutions with Sealed Air customers. The Cushioning TSR will deliver technical service to and engineering support of packaging systems in a designated region. The cushioning TSR will establish and deepen relationships with new and existing customers and will be expected to consult with customers on packaging materials, equipment, and processes. The cushioning TSR is responsible for meeting or the annual sales forecast for the Protective business in their designated territory.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ DUTIES:
- Installs Packaging Systems and Delivers Training – Install packaging systems at customer locations in designated region; train operators in packaging process, system capabilities, system safety procedures; answer questions asked by customer related to equipment, health, safety, and environment
- Services and Maintains Packaging Systems – Repair and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns for customers; help identify potential issues in advance and recommend improved policies/procedures; take ownership and maintain high level of quality; follow standards; provide technical information and explanations
- Demonstrates Solution Knowledge – Understand and clearly articulate full suite of Sealed Air Product Care Solutions, products, and programs to end users
- Leverages Consultative Approach with Customers -understand customer needs/challenges, build relationships, and become trusted advisor while servicing accounts; encourage upgrades; build understanding of competitor information and trends
- Develops New Sales Opportunities - work in partnership with sales team to identify additional packaging solution opportunities in existing accounts; sell additional service agreements, spare parts, related items, new products/equipment/applications, and/or upgrades to existing customers; prepare quotations
- Manages Administrative Duties and Collaborates Internally – complete CRM documentation, inventory tracking, problem tracking, travel and expense reports, and other required documentation; liaise closely with Customer Service on issues such as customer information, product details, pricing, etc. to support smooth processing of orders; liaise with Packaging Application Center as necessary; work according to code of conduct; champion organization priorities

Element has an opportunity for an Operations Manager II. In this role you will be reporting to the General Manager and perform a variety of leadership responsibilities within the assigned location to insure timely and accurate test results are delivered. All Operational Leadership positions must be proficient in a number of core business skills including but not limited to compliance to established safety rules, code of conduct, and company policies and procedures.
- Ensures that safety and quality standards are being met and maintained at all times within the company's safety and QA programs
- Responsible for the location safety performance and awareness; spearheads and manages initiatives that drive a culture of safety first
- Under the direction of the General Manager, is responsible for directing, coordinating, facilitating and monitoring the daily activities of the lab operations department managers and supervisors (typically 3 or more direct reports with an overall staff that is greater than 15 employees)

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) from an accredited 4-year college or university in an engineering or technical-related discipline, or a minimum of 7 years of experience in a management role ideally with operations management experience gained in an accelerated-growth organization with a diploma or GED certificate preferred
- Working knowledge of laboratory safety with extensive knowledge of the current suite of testing capabilities
- Proven ability to support and train staff members for the department in order to meet customers' expectations on testing
- Strong computer skills with basic mathematical skills with the ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry a plus
