Responsibilities: As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for: 1.
Developing and managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.

Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.

Generating new business leads and managing the sales process from initiation to closure.

Conducting cold calls and direct sales efforts to generate new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base.

Providing accurate and timely reports and forecasts to management as needed.

Solving problems for clients to ensure their satisfaction and continued business.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: 1.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the Manufacturing industry.
2.
Proven track record in B2B sales, lead generation, territory sales, cold calling, and direct sales.
3.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
4.
Ability to build rapport with clients quickly and maintain strong customer relationships.
5.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
6.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
7.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and resources effectively.
8.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9.
Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
10.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
