A transportation engineering consultancy is seeking an experienced Construction Inspection Project Manager to oversee bridge and highway construction inspection programs across New York State.
This role is a mix of office-based coordination and occasional field visits, leading inspection teams and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and in compliance with NYSDOT standards.

Project Manager – Building / General Contracting
Introduction: We are hiring a skilled Project Manager with experience in ground-up building construction, interior fit and finish, and building renovations. The PM must have experience managing subcontractors, vendors and craft employees to successfully complete projects on time and within budget. The ability to read and interpret plans, specifications and submittals is required.
Job Summary: Provide overall contract management for construction, including direct supervision of Gallo superintendents, subcontractors, and other construction related personnel. Direct them in planning, coordination and execution of work to be on time and within budget while maintaining a safe workplace and promoting client relationships. Assure that projects meet all company standards for quality control.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact with the client and manage the construction contract

Job Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in contract management for building construction, including exposure to pre-engineered metal buildings, CMU buildings, cast-in-place concrete foundations, and subcontractor management.

Position Summary:
Are you a hands-on engineer who enjoys designing, building, and supporting modern communication platforms? Do you like solving complex problems and working with teams that move quickly from idea to delivery? This role offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact.
As a member of the Telephony and Contact Center Technologies team, you will design, engineer, implement, and support Securian's enterprise telephony and contact center platforms. This role is focused on delivering secure, scalable, cloud-first communication solutions using RingCentral, NiCE CXone, and Cyara.
You will work closely with Contact Center Operations, Agile delivery teams, and technology partners to continuously improve customer and associate experiences across the enterprise.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Design, engineer, implement, and support enterprise UCaaS and CCaaS platforms
Provide daily operational support for cloud-based telephony, unified communications, SIP services, and IVR solutions
Qualifications:
Hands-on experience engineering and supporting cloud-based telephony or contact center platforms
Strong understanding of VoIP technologies, SIP, and call routing concepts
RingCentral and RingCentral Contact Center engineering
NiCE inContact / CXone administration and development
Cyara or similar modern telephony orchestration platforms
Experience designing and supporting UCaaS and CCaaS (including IVRs and contact center workflows) solutions in large enterprise environments
Solid knowledge of networking concepts related to real-time communications
Preferred Qualifications:
Supporting remote contact center agents
REST API integrations and automation
Scripting using PowerShell or Python
Workforce management, call recording, or speech technologies
PSTN carrier and phone number lifecycle management
This role plays a critical part in modernizing Securian's communication platforms and ensuring reliable, scalable experiences for customers and associates. You will have the opportunity to influence technical direction and deliver compelling solutions that matter.

The estimated base pay range for this job is:
$72,000.00 - $134,000.00Pay may vary depending on job-related factors and individual experience, skills, knowledge, etc. More information on base pay and incentive pay (if applicable) can be discussed with a member of the Securian Financial Talent Acquisition team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Supports the Test Engineer in the development and commission of test solutions executing the test qualification of the fixture and program as per the specific system qualification process.
· Responsibility for providing the deliverables to support the solution in production to both the Test Support Function and Manufacturing Operations.
· Assists in the build and manufacture of testers, fixtures and environmental tooling as required to meet the customer expectations.
· The Technician Engineer provides the interface to the Test Support function providing comprehensive documentation and training for all test solutions implemented.
· Provides the interface to the Manufacturing function providing comprehensive documentation and coordinating training and education for all test operations implemented.
· Through working with the Test Support function monitor and contribute to the improvement of Test Yields, Efficiency, Intermittencies and Uptime providing accurate reporting and clear targets for improvement.
· In conjunction with the Test Engineer strives to consistently upgrade the test process balancing cost, coverage with the goal of providing an optimized and cost efficient test process.
· Works closely with manufacturing and test support to ensure prioritization of support activities. He/ She will be responsible for coordinating the timetable for test readiness based on the weekly production schedule through the appropriate Test Support staff.
· May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
