As a business advisor, the position provides the financial expertise to enable the successful implementation of the annual budgeted goals and delivery of desirable financial results.

Make determinations on case eligibility, filing decisions, and other appropriate case dispositions.
Review and approve complaints, short-form pleadings, census forms, fact sheets, plaintiff disclosure requirements, and other court-mandated filings prior to submission and/or filing.
Directly manage and supervise the docket’s Case Managers and Paralegals.
Lead structured case-review meetings; track team performance; ensure timely follow-up on outstanding tasks and client needs.
Serve as the point-of-contact for attorney-involved client communications.
Approve case filings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with MDL or court-specific requirements.
Oversee adherence to deadlines for filings, disclosures, and discovery.
Communicate and coordinate with other law firms regarding client information and management.
Stay updated on MDL developments, court orders, census requirements, and other docket-specific updates.
Qualifications J.D.

Admission to at least one U.S.
jurisdiction; California preferred.
3+ years of experience in mass torts, personal injury, or complex litigation.
Demonstrated experience managing a high-volume docket or large portfolio of cases.
