Description Manage commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout Lead design‑build processes, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and client communication Support estimating, buyout, and monthly project reporting Partner closely with superintendents to maintain quality, safety, and schedule Represent the company professionally in client meetings and presentations Profile 5+ years of commercial PM experience, ideally with ground‑up or design‑build work Able to step in and run active projects immediately Strong communicator who is personable, client‑facing, and comfortable presenting Organized, proactive, and collaborative
