As a member of the Telephony and Contact Center Technologies team, you will design, engineer, implement, and support Securian's enterprise telephony and contact center platforms. You will work closely with Contact Center Operations, Agile delivery teams, and technology partners to continuously improve customer and associate experiences across the enterprise.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Design, engineer, implement, and support enterprise UCaaS and CCaaS platforms

• Provide daily operational support for cloud-based telephony, unified communications, SIP services, and IVR solutions

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience engineering and supporting cloud-based telephony or contact center platforms

• Strong understanding of VoIP technologies, SIP, and call routing concepts

• RingCentral and RingCentral Contact Center engineering

• NiCE inContact / CXone administration and development

• Cyara or similar modern telephony orchestration platforms

• Experience designing and supporting UCaaS and CCaaS (including IVRs and contact center workflows) solutions in large enterprise environments

We are seeking a highly motivated Geotechnical Engineer to join our team and grow with us. The successful candidate will have a solid background in geotechnical engineering and an understanding of chemical grouting and retrofit foundation work. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated “self-starter” who will apply strong mechanical and electrical engineering skills to implement innovative solutions to challenging design criteria. They will be involved in research efforts including initial concepts, advanced technology demonstrations, and will have the opportunity to follow product development from beginning to end, including documentation, fabrication, assembly, and test/delivery of a range of microelectronics products. This position requires strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to maintain positive relationships & satisfaction with Program leadership (Engineering and Program Management). Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and materials and prior experience working with contract manufacturers (OSATs) is highly desired.
