- Family Owned Main Duties & Responsibilities: Follow proper testing & diagnostic procedures to accurately solve vehicle issues Maintain a clean, safe working environment Perform basic auto care and maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluid level checks, and tire rotation Perform emissions inspections, safety checks and similar state-regulated vehicle examinations Test the functionality of parts and systems Repair brake and steering systems Diagnose and repair electrical and electronic systems Replace or repair transmissions and fuel components as needed Repair cooling components and systems including air conditioners and engine cooling Complete tire changing, balancing, and installation Prepared to get additional certification as needed Willingness to learn with hands-on training Communicate effectively with Service Advisor about vehicle status and required parts and labor Explain automotive repairs and issues to non-technical employees and customers as needed Uphold the culture and values of our independently owned shop.

Automation Control Supervisor| Direct Hire| $102,000-125,000/yr. based on skills & experience
Kelly, in partnership with our client, is seeking an Automation Control Supervisor in the Wausau, WI area.This role leads efforts to improve equipment reliability, develop equipment training, support technical equipment maintenance, and fosters collaboration between Maintenance and Operations through Total Productive Maintenance.
This is a direct hire Automation Control Supervisor position, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their competitive benefit and vacation package upon hire.

Position Information:
- Manage and supervise a team of Automation and Control Technicians across all shifts
- Employ advanced diagnostic tools and methodologies to resolve complex and recurring equipment issues
- Develop and coordinate technical training programs for maintenance staff and operators, utilizing a “train the trainer” model for effective knowledge transfer
- Provide leadership in implementing Total Productive Maintenance strategies and coordinate related activities for both new and existing equipment
- Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of sophisticated electronic control systems, assigning tasks and providing technical guidance as needed
- Ensure all work performed meets company quality standards through routine audits and thorough documentation review
- Collaborate with maintenance supervisors and planners to develop preventive maintenance schedules and job plans for advanced equipment
- Monitor new automation technologies and integrate relevant developments into operations
- Actively support and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and reliability
- Independently manage and execute multiple automation projects, ensuring timely completion and effective outcomes
Required Experience:
- 6+ years of relevant maintenance experience, with 1–2 years in a leadership role required.
- Associate degree in industrial technology or related field, or equivalent work experience required; bachelor’s degree in related technical disciplines preferred.
- Demonstrated awareness of electrical hazards, mitigation techniques, and strong understanding of NFPA 70E Electrical Safety in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Advanced knowledge of industrial controls, automated systems, and components, including hands-on experience with Allen Bradley PLCs and light engineering capabilities.
- Proven project management skills and experience successfully leading teams of skilled professionals, with exceptional communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications required.

MHS is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. In this unique and life-changing career, couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in the home. Flex Houseparents play a vital role in creating a structured, family-like environment that fosters students’ academic, emotional, and social development so they can reach their full potential.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing daily supervision and mentorship
- Managing household routines and student schedules
- Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
- Driving students to activities, as well as planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities with students
- Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
- Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
Upon hire, Flex Houseparents initially support various student homes and follow a working schedule of nine consecutive days on duty, followed by three days off. On weekdays, houseparents have unscheduled time while students are in school. Flex Houseparents eventually transition into a Placed Houseparent role, where they live and work with the same group of students in their own student home.
