We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically strong Billing Specialist with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in billing, collections, and accounts receivable. The Billing Specialist will be responsible for preparing and processing client invoices, applying and reconciling payments, monitoring accounts receivable, and supporting collection efforts. This role is 100% in-office and requires consistent onsite presence during regular business hours.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, review, and process client invoices using CCH ProSystem Practice Management
  • Generate and analyze WIP (Work in Progress) and billing reports
  • Perform detailed reconciliation of billing, cash receipts, and accounts receivable balances
  • Review and edit pre-bills based on partner or management direction, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Apply and post client payments (checks, credit cards, ACH) accurately and timely
  • Prepare and reconcile daily deposits
  • Monitor aging reports and assist with collections follow-up on outstanding receivables
  • Research and resolve billing discrepancies, unapplied cash, and client account issues
  • Maintain accurate and detailed billing and collection notes
  • Respond professionally to client inquiries regarding invoices and statements
  • Maintain client and billing records with a high degree of accuracy
  • Support month-end close activities related to billing and AR
  • Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned

Required Experience & Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in billing, collections, and accounts receivable
  • Prior experience in a professional services environment (accounting, legal, consulting, or similar) strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience handling high-volume billing and AR transactions
  • Strong reconciliation skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Solid technical aptitude and comfort working within billing and accounting systems

What You Will Do

  • Sets up and operates conventional and CNC (Computer Numerically Controlled) machines on proved-in complex precision production parts that are produced from materials varying from standard to exotic.
  • Must maintain quality of set ups using skills that require a comprehensive knowledge of tools, tool geometry, feeds, speeds, and blueprint/ planning.
  • Utilizing project and SIE (Standard Inspection Equipment) to ensure quality assurance while performing machining operations.

  • Must maintain acceptable finishes and hold part tolerances as specified by blueprint/planning requirements using a variety of manual and power equipment.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • High School Diploma or Equivalency (GED).
  • Two years recent experience within the last 4 years operating CNC and conventional machines.
  • Works from verbal and written operation instructions such as, work orders, CNC data sheets, and blueprints.
  • Ability to use inspection equipment, such as micrometers, dial calipers, thread gauges, plug gauges, and air gauges.
  • Performs necessary machine and tooling offset changes to maintain setup.
  • Evaluates tool wear and changes tools such as mills, inserts, drills, and reamers.
  • Must be able to make minor edits to the CNC program such as tool stations and spindle direction.
  • Must be able to work any designated shift to include overnight.
  • Must pass practical test within 90 days of hiring into this position.

Position Overview

As a ServiceNow Sr. Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and automating the existing infrastructure and supporting processes for the ServiceNow Platform.   • Maintain, support, and develop the ServiceNow platform via scripting and system configurations.

Overview:

As a Product Owner in Affinity Solutions Technology (AST) you will lead a cross-functional agile team implementing technology solutions for Securian's Affinity Solutions and Securian Canada markets. Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of agile practices. Understands the fundamentals of iterative development, incremental delivery, backlog management, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition.

  • Leadership skills to gain credibility, garner respect, guide the creation of a self-organizing team, being assertive with business priorities and opposing viewpoints while adhering to agile concepts and principles.

  • Ability to influence teams to deliver great customer experience without direct authority.

  • Working knowledge of Product Management practices.

Role Overview:
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. ODI Developer to join our Private Banking Systems team.
