Review all inter-company transactions and generate invoices as necessary.

9.

Prepare documentation for external auditors.

10.

Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities for assigned accounts.

11.

Carry out forecasting activities and provide relevant financial data to the management for decision making.

Qualifications: 1.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required (MBA preferred).

2.

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is strongly preferred.

3.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the Engineering industry.

4.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with exceptional skills in Excel.

5.

Strong experience in working with accounting software such as Deltek or Vantagepoint.

6.

In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.

7.

Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

8.

Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strong work ethic.

The Role

This is a high-impact role for a technically grounded Project Manager who wants to be at the center of a rapidly scaling operation. You'll serve as the primary liaison for complex, engineered-to-order projects, bridging the gap between customers, engineering design, manufacturing, and final delivery. Reporting to the Project Manager Supervisor, you'll ensure every customer project is executed to order, on time, and within budget.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Plan and direct all activities for designated engineering projects, ensuring goals are accomplished within the prescribed timeframe and quality standards.
  • Technical Interpretation: Evaluate customer specifications and drawings to create accurate bills of materials (BOM).
  • Design & Submittal Review: Review engineering submittals for technical and contractual accuracy and oversee the initial design of electrical distribution equipment.
  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate daily with sales, engineering, and manufacturing teams to move projects through the production lifecycle.
  • Customer Advocacy: Provide direct post-sales support, managing change orders, resolving site-level challenges, and coordinating final deliveries.


Who We’re Looking For

Must Have:

  • Industry Experience: 5+ years of experience within the power distribution technology sector, ideally with low- or medium-voltage switchgear, UL 891 switchboards, UL 67 panelboards, circuit breakers, transfer switches, PDUs, etc.
  • Technical Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Compliance Mastery: Working knowledge of relevant UL standards (UL891, UL1558, UL67, UL50 or UL50E).
  • PMP Preferred, not required

They are looking to add a Buyer to their team who is responsible for the strategic sourcing and procurement of materials, components, and services in support of aerospace and defense manufacturing programs.

Compensation Up To $100,000 Per Year Opportunity For Growth Great Benefits Job Details Key Responsibilities: Procurement Execution: Source, negotiate, and procure materials, components, and services in accordance with approved requisitions, engineering specifications, and contractual terms.

Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and develop qualified suppliers to support company programs.

Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality, delivery, and cost objectives.

Negotiation & Cost Management: Lead commercial negotiations, establish long-term agreements, and achieve cost reduction targets through strategic sourcing and supplier consolidation.

Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all purchasing activity adheres to company policies, government regulations (FAR/DFARS, ITAR, EAR), and customer flow-down requirements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, quality assurance, and production teams to resolve material or supplier issues and support new product introductions.

Data & Systems Management: Utilize ERP/MRP systems to manage purchase orders, forecasts, and supplier schedules.

Maintain accurate procurement data and track key performance metrics.

Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience: Minimum of 4 years of progressive purchasing experience in an aerospace, defense, or precision manufacturing environment.

Knowledge: Understanding of FAR/DFARS, ITAR/EAR, and government contracting principles.

Familiarity with AS9100, ISO 9001, and supplier quality management systems.

Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Epicor).

Skills: Proven negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship skills.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

The Site Engineer position supports field activities and assists Project Managers and Superintendents.

They assist with project planning and tracking; material tracking and pricing; and project cost reporting, typically supporting one medium to large-size project.

Site Engineers learns the fundamentals of Geotechnical Construction and field technical services.

This is a field/project-based leadership position that is focused on site operations.

The ideal candidate will be located on the East Coast of the United States and will spend most of their time on project sites throughout the Eastern region.

Responsibilities Assists in managing the project schedule, supervises Quality Control (QC) and ensures compliance with QC requirements Coordinates Third Party QC services, implements RECON’s three phase QC program and prepares Daily Production Logs Track materials; perform QC on materials ordered and received Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting, and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects, prepares monthly project status reports and change orders Budget monitoring and trend tracking Observes and complies with all company specific site safety programs, assists the Site Safety Officer with accident/incident investigations, finds the root cause and suggests improvements Works independently and conducts tasks with limited supervision Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar type degree required Four years of engineering experience or similar trade; Construction field experience preferred Experience with surveying or CAD Experience using a GPS unit to layout and check working grades Experience demonstrating progressive increase in financial/supervisory accountability and authority Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Project Must be self-motivated and able to work effectively with little or no direct supervision Must possess multi-tasking skills Additional Information Salary Range: $70,000.00
