Primary Responsibilities: Project sizes $5,000-$500,000

  • Coordinate all aspects of projects with owners, managers and subcontractors
  • Review plans and contract documents
  • Review estimates
  • Prepare work orders for invoicing
  • Purchase subcontracts and materials
  • Create material lists and coordinate on time deliveries
  • Schedule manpower meetings
  • Prepare change orders and integrate with ongoing construction
  • Coordinate labor planning and approve project payroll
  • Project labor requirements and control labor costs
  • Attend Jobsite Project Meetings
  • Create and update project schedules

Requirements:

Job Summary:
Responsible for fitting and welding of steel, aluminum and stainless-steel parts using a MIG process. Also required to perform other miscellaneous tasks, as assigned by his or her supervisor.

  • Read and interpret blueprints and/or drawings to determine the specific welding requirements.
  • MIG weld steel, aluminum and stainless-steel components based on the specifications of the blueprints and/or drawings.
  • Inspect equipment as required to maintain proper function.
  • Follow, create, and help maintain Welding Procedure Specifications.
  • Operate machinery used in the production process or assist machine operators.
  • Assemble items as instructed by superintendent.
  • Complete housekeeping duties in assigned area daily and/or when required.
  • Follow all company rules and policies.
  • Provide a great level of attention to detail and focus on the given task.
  • Work with other employees to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Prepare product for shipment.
  • Lift raw materials, final products, and items packed for shipment, manually (up to 70 pounds), or using a hoist.
  • Uphold all safety rules, OSHA standards, and quality standards, applicable to the responsibilities above.

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Minimum 3 years demonstrated experience in welding and fabrication using MIG or TIG practices.
  • Ability to read tape measure, calipers and angle gauges.

1. They must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.

2. They must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or

3. They must have a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or

4. They must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.

5. The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.

We’re supporting a client in the search for a Vice President of Project Management & Construction.


This executive will lead the team responsible for overseeing remodel and rollout programs across a growing portfolio. The role will focus on guiding Project Managers, building scalable processes, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard of quality.

In addition to leading project execution, this person will help evaluate whether the organization should pursue General Contractor (GC) licensing and advise on the most effective structure for managing construction work across markets.

Another key priority will be establishing and managing a roster of trusted tradespeople and handymen to support remodels and rollouts nationwide. This individual will drive the effort to build a reliable vendor network that enables consistent, efficient project delivery.
