Your Responsibilities on the Team

  • Assists with month end close
  • Maintains sound accounting methods and systems in accordance with corporate policies and procedures
  • Prepares journal entries
  • Prepare bank account and general ledger reconciliations
  • Assists in special projects analysis
  • Oversee reconciliation of suspense account activities
  • Recording incoming wire transfers and returned items
  • Ensures accuracy of monthly backlog profitability reports.
  • Assists in preparation accuracy of weekly reporting requirements
  • Prepares monthly revenue entries, various month-end accruals, reclass and allocation entries
  • Runs ESSBASE system on a daily basis during the month end close and intermittently throughout the month to track all overhead expenses for accuracy and to compare to original budges, projections, and forecasts
  • Runs monthly fixed assets when required.

  • Resource Planning: Review existing MS Excel plans and develop an all-encompassing resource and material view to ensure each project is properly staffed with acceptable levels of utilization
  • Operational Audit: Analyze existing project management and manufacturing workflows currently managed in MS Excel. Identify "single points of failure," data silos, and opportunities for automation.
  • Systems Architecture: Lead the transition from manual spreadsheet tracking to integrated project controls. Develop logically linked master schedules that account for manufacturing lead times and on-site commissioning variables.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EDUCATION

  • Excel Mastery: Expert-level MS Excel skills (VBA, Power Query, Macros, complex modeling) are required, as you will be "deconstructing" the current business logic built into spreadsheets.

You will be the Electrical Wiring Fabricator (Fabrication) for the team which is responsible for soldering, final bench assembling, and continuity checking aircraft electrical radio and radar assemblies.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Electrical Wiring Fabricator (Fabrication), you will be responsible for setting up and operating automated wire processing machines to number, cut, strip, lug, and otherwise process wire for use in electrical parts, assemblies, and accessories.
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assembling and wiring completely aircraft electrical, radio, and radar units such as main junction and terminal boxes, main engine disconnect plug, main control, switch panels, radio panels, and instrument panels
  • Completing hookup of wiring, flexes, and cables, and troubleshooting electrical and radio assemblies having multiple interconnected units and accessories
  • Forming and running harnesses, breaking out and terminating wiring to terminal points where wire routing and location of electrical units and accessories are established by jig board layouts
  • Making continuity checks (including necessary operation) of above assemblies and harnesses as required, and selling same to inspection
  • Fabricating completely hi-voltage radio and radar cables that require the soldering of multiple wires, shields, tubes, connectors, pins, washers, spacers, and cores
