Role Description

The responsibility of the Manufacturing Engineer is to carry out the goals of the Engineering department under the direction of the Engineering Manager. As a Manufacturing Engineer where you will be at the forefront of driving innovation and efficiency in our manufacturing processes. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in enhancing our production capabilities and ensuring the highest standards of quality and precision. The following is a list of tasks which are included in the Manufacturing Engineer:

• Review, follow and advise on operational processes and detect areas that can be improved
• Work with maintenance team to maximize efficiencies and develop a pro-active plan to eliminate non-value activities and reduce scrap
• Support plant operations on equipment related issues that come up in the plant and helps insure smooth plant operation
• Manage execution and timely completion of engineering projects by analyzing scope and determining project specifications

Job Title : Nuclear Engineer (Naval Reactors Engineer) Category / Component : Officer • Active Overview Design, regulate, and oversee the Navy's nuclear propulsion program, including reactor design, fleet operations, and eventual defueling and decommissioning of nuclear powered ships and submarines from Naval Reactors Headquarters and associated Department of Energy laboratories and shipyards.

Position Summary

The Director of Procurement is a senior executive responsible for leading the company's global sourcing and procurement strategy across direct and indirect materials, components, and services critical to commercial vehicle manufacturing operations. Strategic Procurement Leadership

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of progressive procurement experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within an automotive, commercial vehicle, heavy equipment, or related manufacturing environment.

Maintenance Lead (Working Lead)

Position Overview

The Maintenance Lead (Working Lead) is a hands‑on leader responsible for performing maintenance work while directing the daily activities of the maintenance team. This role ensures equipment reliability, safety, and minimal downtime by combining technical expertise with team coordination. What You Will Do

• Reading contracts for understanding of the deliverables
• Working in a PDM system to capture, manage, and track data deliverables and/or receivables
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to obtain requested data
• Proofreading data for compliance to the requirement(s)
• Managing the data deliverable schedule and providing the data to the customer on-time
• Learning and understanding contractually required markings applied to data
• Running forecast reports and providing them to the appropriate stakeholders
• Providing metrics related to on-time deliveries and outstanding dispositions upon request
• Reviewing and approving sub-tier supplier statements of work for data requirements
• Supporting program meetings and providing training to program personnel and customers and/or suppliers
• Handling and protection of Company Intellectual Property (IP) as well as U.S. government IP and classified information

Qualifications you must have

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience OR a related Associate’s degree and 4 years of relevant experience OR in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience related to data management and/or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer support/service role

The Senior Data Manager identifies all data deliverables made part of a contract and subsequently builds a data track in a Product Data Management (PDM) system. The DM identifies, with help from the Program Office, the appropriate preparers, receive the data within PDM, reviews the data for compliance, solicits and secures appropriate programmatic approval and delivers the information to the customer on time, throughout the lifecycle of the contract.
